DOn' Let The Exterior Fool You

The building is a bit run down on the outside but when I saw a Smoker going on the side of the building I had to stop in. The bar/restaurant is dark & gloomy but the barbecue was very good. They serve the meat dry & give you six different sauces. I really enjoyed it & it was very reasonable... read more

We like our ribs, but we like to chew them off the bone, not have them slide right out when you touch them. Guess it depends on what you like but last batch of ribs just too overcooked. Sauce doesn't have flavor much different from in a jar and the coleslaw must have had better days than the one we... More

Came here winter 2014. If you like meat and BBQ this is the place to go, although very quiet warm and friendly service with great selection of meats. Good portions sizes and at the time half price on all starters. Just watch the beans as they are hot! Great value for money a shame its thousands of miles away!

Clem's moved inside to the Aeroport dining area. Never cared for the chicken but they were out anyway. We came with friends from out of town who heard about Clem's. My friend and I got a cheeseburger. It was topped with smoke gouda and served with home made potatoe chips. I thought it was very good and not very expensive.

My family has been stopping for years at one of the Clem's BBQ spots to pick up BBQ to bring home to eat. Highly recommend there chicken and ribs. And definitely get Clem's special sauce.

My new favorite restaurant! My daughter and I arrived during Happy Hour, which happens every day from 5-7 PM. Since the appetizers are half price during those hours, we ordered two different ones to try (Red Neck Nachos and Hush Puppy Shrimp) The appetizers were not only delicious, they were HUGE! For our entree, we decided to share the 3-meat... More

On a whim we stopped here for a casual bite. The bar area looked good, and the beer was cold, with a good selection. The hotel connected to the bar/restaurant was just on Hotel Impossible, I hope they get their issues solved because the location seems to have a lot of potential. The servers were efficient and friendly. The food... More

First impression driving by would be "Do not stop". Sort of an old RT 66 motel with a restaurant and bar in front. We stopped to check it out first impressions not with standing. The hostess was not very friendly but once we were seated the experience got alot better. Waiter was great the food excellent and the BBQ great.... More

The fried catfish made me ill. The service made me angry. I tried this joint a few times to give it a fair shake. The last time was the absolute worst. Won't be back. Nuff said.

This place is the real BBQ deal! Just driving by, and there's some dude out front in the parking lot, surrounded in smoke, working the grill. Clem himself! Not a fancy-pants place, but they're spot on with everything that counts, food, service, beer selection / drinks, cleanliness, & nice outdoor patio- even welcomed my dog. Wish I didn't live 3...
