Great Ice cream Old Fashioned Milk Bottles

They are well known for their home made icecream. Their milk just tastes really fresh. You can carry it out in their old fashioned glass bottles. Both white and choco are delish! My daughters loves their Choco Marshmallow Ice Cream. They always have a line in the summertime!

Truly a staple of State College, I thoroughly enjoy coming here on a regular basis. I bring my dog and my girlfriend and we all have an ice cream outside on the picnic tables. I've been told the regular food here is good and very cheap (chicken sandwich in particular) but I've never ordered anything but ice cream.

What else can I say? I drive from Altoona for the milk. Lines are always out the door. It is well worth the wait for ice cream. Not bad prices either.

A bit of "how it used to be" in a family-run dairy and ice cream place. The service is slow. The actual food choices are cheap, but mostly frozen products made hot somehow. The tables frequently don't get cleaned quickly. And it's super! The ice cream is delicious, and the experience is true Americana.

Our daughter who is a student at PSU turned us on to this place. Since having their ice cream, we haven't been back to the Creamy on campus. The ice cream is delicious and reminds us of our favorite place to get farm fresh ice cream at home.

Excellent rich and creamy ice cream...big servings for a fair price...used to be a local and loved the returnable glass bottles of milk. Milk shakes are great. Service is sooooo slow.

Exceptional, real ice cream in many flavors and HUGE portions too. They also sell milk in bottles and juices and teas and have a smaller food menu (the fish sandwich is basic, but quite good). Prices are very good as well. A family can eat there without dropping a load of cash. A must stop in Centre County.

If you make it to State College, you need to try this GEM. They make their ice-cream fresh, the farm is behind the building. Their milk is great too-this is coming from someone who doesn't like milk. GET MEYERS DAIRY ICE CREAM OR YOU WONT EXPERIENCE STATE COLLEGE TO THE FULLEST. Classic place, great to take the kids. I enjoy... More

The residents of this area feel this is superb ice cream. However my pallet is used to a much creamer, richer ice cream up north. This is a great place for the kids and the lines are long. The prices are very low considering the quantity you receive, it's just tasted like a artificial flavor ice cream to me. Orange... More

Old fashioned milk in reusable glass bottles. Hand made ice cream of multiple flavors. Quaint and pleasant. Worth a stop, it's more "real" than chain ice cream joints.
