A wonderful place for a private Luncheon

We just held a Luncheon here after the burial of a loved one. Almost 70 people and the food came out piping hot and delicious. You had a choice of about 8 entrees- which is great for picky eaters! Kudos to the staff they all did a great job!

A Friday night and two couples. Seated immediately. Nice crowd and a bit noisy. My wife had eggplant parm. She had asked if the eggplant had the skin on it. Waitress said no it didn't. Lo and behold, it did. My wife just sliced it off and enjoyed it. I ordered pasta and broccoli rabe with white sauce. Generous portion... More

The food is hit or miss but usually a hit. You can dine in BYOB. I love that when you order take out they provide soup or salad, bread and butter along with entrée. The girl answering the phone could not be more helpful. Give it a try.

This was my first visit here and I'm sorry that I didn't come here earlier. Like others, I've passed by for years. Three of us arrived for dinner with no reservations on a Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. Upon entering and advising that we didn't have a reservation, Mona approached us and had a small table set up for us. Just... More

Tried Cascata for first time after passing by for decades, and am still trying to erase from tastebuds. Clams casino were sweet(?) and bitter and watery, companion's escarole soup salty with grey floaters. I knew we were in trouble when usually reliable starters were this dreadful. Fra diablo was way overcooked linguini drowning in watery mess, the mussels mushy or... More

I had driven right by this place many times and not even realized it was a restaurant. It was suggested by a friend several years ago and I've been going ever since. It's quite homey inside and the chef is great and is always willing to add or replace ingredients in a dish to make the customer happy. I am... More

Very good Italian food. Reservations suggested. Not a particularly fancy place but adequate. This restaurant gets very busy after about 7PM so it can get cramped and loud BUT the locals love this place. Make sure you tell the waiter you want the pasta al dente and drained well.

I have passed this place for years and always said..."someday we have to go there". On a Saturday night with reservations for 730, I entered the narrow, uninviting entrance that was roughly set up and compare finding the hostess to "Where's Waldo". I thought Oh Crap! The entrance was crowded with parties with reservations that were late in being seated... More
