2-1/2 out of 4 isn't good

Service was excellent; ambiance is fine, but food was spotty. After a crisp and tasty salad, good, but too spicy chicken soup and too salty dipping oil, we had two OK dinners; one passable (would you serve pasta with red sauce on the side with a chicken Marsala main course ) and ravioli so over... read more

This was our fourth visit in as many weeks for both lunch and dinner and every experience has been great. From the greeting to the check, the staff here made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our visit the entire time. On top of that the food was excellent as well. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I have been here twice and both times have enjoyed ourselves. The food was great but I absolutely loved the wine! Great place to stop and have dinner. Couples, families, kids....very good for all. Dress is casual to dressy. We had appetizers, salad and dinner and we couldn't eat it all. Service was excellent too.

Food is not bad, the service is excellent. The salmon and lobster ravioli are tasty and the pork chops with the sauce the use is not bad.

We have been going to Carrabba's for years. Always order mussels and calamari for appetizers. For entree dishes, we always try new things. Needed extra water this time, it was so salty. Also, crabcakes mostly bread, not lump. Oh well.

We have been here a few times and the first time wasn't too bad but it was on a late Wednesday afternoon. Food was decent the first time around and the blackberry sangria was tasty. Unfortunately our next two visits were not as good. Our dinners were loaded with garlic pieces. So much so that it overtook the food. The... More

We have visited Carrabbas all over the country, including this one, because we thought we knew what to expect. We were disappointed with this place, and it is at least our third visit to this location. What made it worse is that we were entertaining relatives with whom we were staying on this trip to the east. The person at the... More

I'm not noise sensitive. Nor am I a silence prude. However last night I experienced perhaps the most obnoxious, loudest dining experience ever. We were seated in a section by the kitchen. Apparently it's a coveted spot so you can watch the action in the open kitchen area. All night we heard the manager yelling " I need a food... More

Went as a group of three, multi-generational and all agreed food was way too salty. The calamari appetizer was overcooked (tough) and so salty we left 1/2 of it on the table. I had the tilapia and it was both salty AND so overcooked it was tougher than some chickens I've eaten. I found the acoustics a bit daunting -... More

This Carraba's is in the Springfield Mall and can be counted on for consistent food quality in an informal setting. I like getting soup and salad here. The bowl of soup is a hearty portion and has always been delicious. Depending when you go, there may be a wait but you can shop to pass the time. I suggest choosing... More
