The food was fair/good for Mexican food. The portions were big. The prices were fair. It is a BYOB. The atmosphere is lacking. It is in a strip mall and has no windows in the dining area. The counter is in the back of this area where you need to check to be seated. I believe they have take-out service... More

We frequently eat here with the kids. Their chicken chimichangas are my absolute favorite here or anywhere. Food is freshly prepared and delicious. It is BYOB. Love their salsa also! Fresh and HOT! Try this place. You will not regret it.

We love El Cactus. Restaurant is small/quaint and BYOB. The salsa and guacamole is made fresh and is excellent. Black bean soup is very good. Every time we've been here, the food has been really good/fresh.

Best Mexican food in the area! Great quality and big portions. Love the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Never had room for dessert. Also a BYOB!

I stopped here one day for some Guacamole & tortilla chips. They literally made it when I ordered it. Talk about fresh!! It wasn't as flavorful as I am used to...but everyone makes it different. It was still very good. The restaurant was a qaint, quiet little place with a lot of mexican decor. Very authentic atmosphere. I plan on... More

Our family of four went for dinner - 2 adults and 2 teens. We do enjoy Mexican food, and when we went, shared the Combo Mex appetizer and then each had our own dish (Veggie Trio, Envueltos de Mole and can't remember the other 2). It's a BYO, so brought a few beers and enjoyed our meal. I'm not a... More

The mole sauce is amazing and the verde (medium) sauce is so good!! The black beans that come with were delicious too. The lady who took my order was very accommodating with my tomato allergy. Order was ready in 10 minutes! Will order there again soon. :)

Ordered lunch to-go and thought the food was good. Items were freshly prepared. I would definitely go back for a proper sit-down meal.

I went with my family during Cinco de Mayo weekend and it was my first visit. The place wasn't as small as other reviewers made it out to be. The waitress was friendly, and even let us sample the mole sauce that people were raving about. The salsa was fresh and the gauc was just as tasty. I ordered the... More

My wife loves good Mexican. (She loves me too) so, when we are in town, we enjoy El Cactus together. Delicious chimichanga and steak tacos...but leave room for the fried ice cream and 2 spoons! Woo hoo.
