As a local resident, the Georgian Inn has always been our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. Our family brought my parents here recently for their wedding anniversary and it was perhaps our worst dining experience ever. The quality of the food was unacceptable and three family members were actually ill after dinner. We will no longer be returning here.

We were driving from Gettysburg to Pittsburgh. We decided to stop for dinner. Our food was amazing! We had filet and duck. We would absolutely stop here again. Waitress Tammie was a riot and provided great service.

Traveling between Erie and DC for July 4th holiday. We wanted to do something unique for interstate lunch. This historic inn 1 minute off the interstate was perfect. Stunning dining room. They personalize your menu in your name as a souvenir and lunch is just $10 to $15. Awesome menu. REALLY, if you are traveling and anywhere within 50 miles... More

We planned an event at the Georgian Inn for about 50 people. Since we were from out of town, we went there months in advance and spoke to the manager and the owner. They seemed more than willing to work with us. We had several e-mails and we happily agreed upon the terms and put down our deposit. Less than... More

We always stop here on our way to Columbus, OH and back to Darien, CT. You cannot beat the ambiance, lovely home, staff and gourmet dining. This is a gem! It is an oasis. We found it accidentally almost ten years ago and never stay anywhere else!

On the night of Valentine's day this year, my wife and I were in town visiting friends, when we decided to go skiing, of course in the process forgetting to book a dinner. While on the slopes, we had resigned ourselves to our likely pizza-based Valentines dinner, as it was Somerset and after 9 PM. I decided to try and... More

This was our third stay at the Georgian Inn and we have not yet been disappointed. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. While the Inn shows it age, that just enhances it's character. Dinner is always excellent. From the white glove service to the perfectly prepared meals there isn't much to find fault... More

We stopped in Somerset on our way to the East Coast and were delighted. When we tried to check in, there was no record of our reservation, but it turned out to be my own fault! We were a day early! They made arrangements for us to stay in a lovely room with delicious flannel sheets. Quite a nice stay... More

One of the earlier reviews said this was the best place on the penn turnpike. We agree. Had a delicious meal with excellent service. Highly recommend.
