We like it for breakfast or brunch

It's busy and crowed, but the food is fine for casual dining. Prices are acceptable and the service friendly. We like the large breakfast menu and the kids's selections.

I try to give everywhere the benefit of the doubt and when I have a poor experience, I like to give a place another try! This is the 'neighborhood' diner in Skippack and we wanted to love it but after three visits over the past year, we just can't. The atmosphere is bleak. The coffee and food never quite achieve... I stopped here for lunch on my way through Montgomery County. The outward appearance is upscale, but the interior is strictly diner, though it is clean and well-kept. I sat at the counter and ordered a bowl of chili, which was very meaty and flavorful. At $4.50 for the bowl, it was a good value. I then had a grilled... More

Coffee insipid. Eggs Benedict had eggs not fully cooked, english muffin not toasted at all and the sauce was totally tasteless and unworthy. Cheeseburger was worst I have ever had. The meat was nasty and not worthy of a "diner". Very disappointed.

Old fashioned diner in a small town! Cute place with good food. Good standby when visitors are in town.

Skip this restaurant entirely and spend your $$$ elsewhere, please. This restaurant has completely gone downhill from the mediocre (at best) state it used to be in. We had breakfast there yesterday (unfortunately!), since we wanted to eat outside (we should have known better.....) and my omelet was inedible, and my husband's eggs "over easy" had rock hard yolks. I... More

I would classify this place more as a local country restaurant than an actual diner. The portions aren't nearly as large and the menu isn't as extensive but the food was fairly good. Stopped here for breakfast. ordered waffles with a side of sausage and it was very tasty. I would return here again.

We go to Mal's every Sunday for breakfast. The food is great, if not imaginative. The service is always friendly and courteous. Pricewise it's competive. The place could use a sprucing up, but we don't go for the ambience.

If you are shopping in Skippack or just want to meet someone or go yourself for a quick breakfast or lunch, this is the place. Good food, nice choices, reasonable prices and pleasant staff. What more can you ask for.
