An Incredible Dining Experience!!!!

I have dined at this place for 20+ years and their is none better in this region. Peter and Sharon Daniels are masters of great food design and preparation. It is a bit out of the way but so well worth the journey.

I had a steak there and it was the best steak I have ever had. I want to know what sauce I had with it but they change the menu regularly. It was all just amazing... I would Definately go back if I lived in the same country.

Having known the owners for several years, we finally went to the restaurant. Very high quality ingredients prepared with great care by the owner chef. For example the bacon used in the recipes is home cured and the bread is baked on site as well. My duck breast might have been a tad overcooked but well seasoned and delicious never... More

Went here with 2 other couples for dinner, out of the 6 people in the group 5 of us had different dishes and everyone said it was excellent. Service was good also. I am sure we will be return here again when in the area.

Took Mom for a special outing to the Fork and it was great. I love the small plates and Mom and I shared 3. The portobello mushroom with eggplant and goat cheese was just beautiful and delectable as well. I should have taken a picture. Thank you, Sharon and Peter!

ONE OF THE BEST MEALS EVER !!! The owner, a James Bead trained chef, creates an unbelievable dining experience. Given the numerous menu choices, my wife and I shared 4 small plates --- each one better than the next: the duck confit was the most outstanding choice. A must have is the almond dessert. Be forwarned: it's an early dinner... More

The fork at twin lakes formerly LeGorille is a true find in up state Pa. (Shohola) the menu changes week to week but many favorites remain through out. Make sure to enjoy the freshly baked sourdough bread and the home made salad dressings that they used to bottle and sell. I can not say enough about this spot, only expect... More

This restaurant has been opened for a while but was originally French cuisine and we had heard there was long waiting times, so we never tried it. It re-opened ( same owners) with a new menu. Everything was super fresh, I adored even the simple salad. We shared some appetizers. Everything was delicious. I'd like to go back in the... More

The food at The Fork is very fresh and well prepared. The chef (Peter Daniels) chooses interesting combinations to put together. When one eats here, one should consider trying a bit of everything that's on the plate in one forkful for an incredible mouthful of flavor! Some of his signature dishes, like the duck (prepared a bunch of different ways),... More

Although the Fork is expensive for the area, the food is fantastic. There is limited seating and expect to be there all evening but id you enjoy gourmet food this is the place. This is not a place I would take kids but my best clients and close friends that enjoy great food always get invited.
