French Creek Delite!

The Inn is nicely decorated. The view is worth sitting on the deck in appropriate weather. My crab cakes were worthy of the Chesapeake Bay! My friends Bass was done nicely. For the sides we were served shredded Brussels Sprouts and red smashed potatoes. The Brussels Sprouts were a bit salty, but... read more

The food was ok. The setting was lovely. We really enjoyed the large deck and the view of the river and rocks. But our meal took over 3 hours! Evidently more kitchen and wait staff are needed. And better management too!

This was a surprisingly enjoyable dining experience, surprising only because the reviews were inconsistent and we weren't sure what to expect. Our table of 4 was seated at the corner table by the fireplace, as recommended by a reviewer, and as requested on my OpenTable reservation, and we had a terrific server who provided impeccable service. The ambience was lovely... More

This is SUCH a beautiful restaurant, it's frustrating that they cannot decide what they want to be. This should be a romantic destination place, not one that has chicken fingers and burgers on the fine dining menu. While the food was quite good, the pairings were very odd -- the NY Strip covered in creamy goat cheese and caramelized onions?... More

My wife and I ate brunch here on a recent Sunday afternoon. Of course, the scenery at the Inn is quite unique and if you have never been here before, I would recommend the outside seating to take advantage of the view. The brunch items were good - scrambled eggs or omelet, bacon, toast and good seasoned potatoes. Coffee was... More

We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday afternoon enjoying a glass of wine and sharing an appetizer. Wine was delicious, as was our appetizer. Service was friendly and attentive. Music playing in the background and the view was spectacular. We'ver heard about the boulders, but to see them in person . . . very impressive. Familys were enjoying spending time... More

Was very excited to finally make it to St. Peter's and try out this restaurant. The location and back deck is nothing short of beautiful. We were able to sit outside, but the revere was shattered within minutes. "Is that a septic system?" We wondered when a rancid odor filled the air. The menu was disappointingly short on options, but... More

We have been trying to sneak over to this place for a long while . The opportunity finally presented itself and so glad we took it. Deck was great. The view of the rocks, trees and water was great! Just sitting hearing the water run was great. Just had burgers....very good. Lemon Drop Martini was also very yummy. Can't wait... More

We would certainly go back if ever in the area again. The service and food were both excellent. I had the lamb dish.
