The food is mostly desserts or carbs. It is tasty. We often eat wome where nearby and go to Dutch Haven for shoe fly pie.

Their Chocolate Pecan Pie is absolutely amazing. My father who is a shoofly pie connoisseur truly enjoyed the wet bottom shoofly pie. It wasn't too sweet as many make them. The shop had plenty of gifts as well.

Its more of a Bakery and souvenir shop. The staff was friendly. We did get a free sample of the Shoo Fly Pie. It is good, butfFor my personal taste there is better pie around the area. Kitchen Kettle Village comes to mind or Millers. We did get Whoopie Pies here and they were pretty good.

The food in this place is second to none and excellent value for the money. Staff were extremely helpful, we had lunch and two breakfast there and could not complain about anything

The pie is wonderful here, and I always love to get a piece of shoo-fly pie. When you buy a piece, the staff will happily heat it up and cover it with whipped cream for you too! The rest of the shop is very kitschy and awkwardly laid out. The place is packed with all the same souvenirs you can... More

Unfortunately, you shouldn't call this a cafe. It once housed a restaurant with the best shoofly pies. Things change. The restaurant met its demise and the building sat vacant. Eventually along come people willing to bake the time honored recipe. You get a sample upon entering. The restaurant is no more, and the place could be cleaner, but if you... More

Having decided on a tour through PA, we immediately placed the Dutch Haven at Ronks on our itinerary. The staff were friendly and provided us with samples of their shoofly pie. Having come a very long way, the experience was an anti-climax. I found it ordinary and somewhat tasteless, especially considering it is made with molasses! And I do love... More

Shoe fly pie is made with molasses and they do it right. Their offerings include freshly made pies and Amish root beer. Locally made furniture is available as well. The owners are very friendly I stopped there often.

Stopped for shoofly pie only b/c I heard it was one of the best. The pie is amazing, the store itself is nothing I would want to spend any time browsing in. Cluttered junk at first glance. Would do a quick stop again for the pie next time we are nearby.

OMG the most amazing pie you will ever taste. Not sure about the name "Shoofly" Pie. You have to stop for a free sample and you will be hooked. Shoofly don't bother me, Shoofly don't bother me, we don't want your company, just eat me? A great tourist shop where you can buy homemade pies and biscuits. Get into Intercourse... More
