Great homecooked food & friendly service!

We always make a stop at Dienner's while in Amish Country Pa. The food is very good, very fresh & the restaurant is well maintained. They take pride in quality & cleanliness. Yummy,Lancaster County Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking. Picked up a large order of Dienner's Chicken Pot Pie(Not with a crust)for our family in the Philadelphia area. Owner and most of Staff are Plain (Amish & Mennonite)sect folks. Quick, courteous service,as always. Have to go back soon to dine - I particular enjoy the breakfast buffet. My Brother-In-Law LOVES the buttered noodles. Our... More

We have eaten here twice in the past two months and we were not disappointed. Prices for a buffet are extremely reasonable compared to other area establishments. Go where the locals go and you can tell it is going to be good. I was very pleased to be able to get a variety of unseasoned vegetables that weren't all starchy... More

One of the best authentic Amish meals in Lancaster area. Good variety , tasty and appetizing. The dessert bar is great. The" buffet" meal is the best value. The only drawback is the long waiting time at mealtime, especially when the tourists abound the area. Since they don't take reservations , the wait could be upwards an hour at times.... More

A quilt shop recommended we visit - they were not wrong! The waitress recommended the buffet - all you can eat for just £10,25 3 courses. The Chicken corn soup was delicious, for mains there was beef, chicken, ham, veg, rice, potatoes, noodles, mac & cheese etc, then dessert a choice of fruit pies, sponges or cold desserts. Fantastic food... More

I have eaten at a couple of the smorgasbords in the area, and although this one isn't as big, I still went away stuffed. The corn tasted like eating it right off the cob. Beef and gravy over mashed potatoes, great. Fresh baked rolls, delicious buttered noodles. Didn't have anything I did not like. Awesome desserts, too.

So it looks like it is from the 70's and it was crowded but the service is nice and the price is reasonable. There is a menu but I recommend doing the buffet. The food actually tasted better than I thought it would. I enjoyed the unique baked lima beans. There were plenty of choices.
