Two years ago I would have rated Katie's Kitchen a 4 or 5. This time the food was not as good. Maybe it was what we ordered, but it still was just average at best. The bright spot is the soft serve ice cream which is fantastic.

After a great show at sight and sound my family was hungry and I needed a family friendly place that was not too pricy. Katie's Kitchen was just the place. The friendly Amish service was great and the family honor extended to hungry kids made me feel at the right place. The food was excellent and yes they do great... More

We went for lunch. It's very much like any small town diner I've ever been in - menu-wise and atmosphere-wise. The fact that there is horse and buggy parking out back makes it interesting, and the staff appear to be Amish (though I'm confused since I thought electricity and such were not options at all per their beliefs) and were... The ham loaf and the dessert was delicious. If you have a small appetite, you can order from the kid's menu with a $2. surcharge.

We have driven by Katie's many times, but never stopped before. This last trip, we didn't want a big buffet lunch, so we decided to try Katie's. So glad we did! What an amazing place. This is an Amish owned restaurant. Everyone that works here is so friendly. The food is delicious and plentiful. The prices are very reasonable. We... More

We went on a Weds night - the special is chicken pot pie - which was described as 'like chicken and biscuits'. I got it, and it tasted like Campbells Chicken noodle soup - with tiny shreds of chicken in it, and some big noodles. Definitely not what I was expecting. My partner got the meatloaf dinner - that was... More

Run by the Amish. Waitress's are really nice, The food was plenty, hot, and tasted great. The only problem we have is that they are very slow compared to other breakfast places, but the fod is worth it it. The place is always packed when we are there

Katies is one of the few "Amish" restaurants that is actually run by Amish folks--one of the reasons we like to eat there. This time we selected "Prime Rib" night and we were not disappointed. While we wouldn't classify it the best we've ever had, we were not at all disappointed. We even managed to pile on a dessert--apple dumpling... More

Five of us ate supper for around $53 and were very satisfied when we left. The peanut butter spread you get with the very fresh dinner rolls is out of this world. Three of us had the open face roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. Another had the chicken tender platter with mac and cheese. The chicken looked hand breaded... More

We had a delicious lunch served by very gracious Amish waitresses. The homemade chips are the best. I suggest you save room for dessert, the homemade pies are yummy!
