Previously known as Il Gattopardo, owner Sal DiNardo had a mission to bring Richboro, Pa. A fresh, new take on upscale Italian cuisine. They have created Uva (meaning Grape in Italian), an entirely new dining experience. With a new chef and partner in the business, DiNardo and Chef Valentino's mission is finally complete. With a beautiful, upscale yet comfortable environment, they will deliver nothing short of a spectacular, delectable dining experience from beginning to end. Reservations are highly recommended.

Great lunch spot

When meeting friends for lunch, I try to find some place local, but quality all around. What I like the best is that the food is always made fresh and it depends on the market to help decide what's on the menu. We had a great lunch, lots of time to talk and catch up, and enjoyed the ambiance.

Thrilled that this place opened up. We've needed some upscale restaurants in town and Uva fits the bill. Attentive service, homemade pastas, yummy veal chop (not cheap, but well worth the splurge). Best of all: byob. Been there with my wife alone and with friends. Always good. Highly recommended.

The food is very good and the service is very good. The only problem is you are sitting on top of one another. The tables are so close that you can't walk through. There is a singer there making it hard to have a conversation with your friends.

Our first visit over a year ago was marred by loud, off-key live entertainment. This time everything was just perfection - service, food, and ambiance. The early "presto" menu offers a weekday 4-course meal for $21. One of us had the salmon, and one had veal marsala. Both were wonderful. We'll be back for more.

Quality delicious well plated food. Willing to customize an order to fit your needs. They offer live music on weekends and holidays.

We enjoy this restaurant almost every weekend.By far the best area restaurant! We celebrated Valentines Day this past Saturday at UVA and it was fantastic. As usual the food was spectacular, service impeccable and Paula and Sal created a perfect Valentine setting. Vince sang throughout the night....he is as good a singer as you will ever hear locally. Dining out... More

Made a reservation for my birthday because I did not want to be disappointed and I wasn't. Owner is very friendly (and hot). Bread and red pepper spread. Started with calamari. Fantastic. I could eat that all night. Then had Cajun salmon. Great and cooked perfectly. Partner had snapper. Loved it. Brownie and ice cream desert wonderfully flavorful. Complimentary drink.... More

I went to Uva on New Years Eve with my fiance and another couple. Overall it was a good experience. We were all very pleased with the food. Every course was delicious especially the seafood ravioli dish! My only complaints are with the lack of space and the music. They crammed too many people into the restaurant which made it... More

The dishes are innovative and well prepared. Special appetizers and main courses are added daily. The service is attentive and very polite. The room gets noisy since there is little to dampen the sound. All in all a very pleasant experience.

A perfect spot for a pre-Christmas lunch with a friend. The service, the ambiance, the Christmas decorations, and of course the food were just perfect! We had the pasta special, a homemade thin pasta with veal and a rosy sauce were heavenly. The cappuccino, the special chocolate-cello (think a chocolate limoncello), and the desserts (all home made) were perfect endings... More
