Previously known as Il Gattopardo, owner Sal DiNardo had a mission to bring Richboro, Pa. A fresh, new take on upscale Italian cuisine. They have created Uva (meaning Grape in Italian), an entirely new dining experience. With a new chef and partner in the business, DiNardo and Chef Valentino's mission is finally complete. With a beautiful, upscale yet comfortable environment, they will deliver nothing short of a spectacular, delectable dining experience from beginning to end. Reservations are highly recommended.

Food was excellent!

Came to the restaurant to meet friends for a birthday dinner. The restaurant is in a strip mall with other stores. It was Saturday night and they had a live singer belting out Frank Sinatra songs. He was very good but it was so loud we couldn't hear one another talk. The food was outstanding... read more

Was there last weekend. Just unexciting, especially given the price. Started with the clams casino which was a bit soggy and lacking that much clam. Also had the octopus which was excellent, and perhaps the best thing we had, but the octopus was cut into very small dime-like pieces. There was enough octopus, however the very thin slicing took away... More

We had an office Holiday party at UVA on Friday night, it was amazing. The food was nothing less than wonderful! We had a number of appetizers from clams casino (amazing), to calamari (little spice to it, great texture) to fried mozzarella (real cheese, although it could have used a bit more sauce). The highlight was the gnocchi with gorgonzola... More

I've seen this place for years in the strip mall in Richboro, and when invited there for a Christmas dinner was pleasantly surprised. The interior was beautifully decorated, the service attentive, and the food quite good. They offer several prix fixe options for groups, which include appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Appetizers were good, especially the fried cheese, salads also... More

This was our second visit and the food was as good as our first visit. We started with Brie encrusted in pecans, and it was not only very good, but had a nice presentation. My husband enjoyed the misto salad and our friend's husband enjoyed a Caesar salad. We each had a different entree, two fish specials, one veal and... More

Uva is in a strip mall with ample parking. Inside, it has great atmosphere and the servers are very good even on a crowded Saturday night. We ordered the Langostino appetizer and while it was tasty, the portion was very small and I would've liked some type of sauce with it. The antipasti appetizer is really delicious here. I had... Really the best BYOB Italian restaurant in the richboro area. The food is always good, the service is great, and often there is entertainment to boot. It's a good place for couples, groups, or large gatherings.

When you walk into this spectacular restaurant, you cannot believe you are in a strip mall. The ambiance is just lovely. However on this evening, it was spoiled by a large family party that was boisterous and did not control their children who were running all over the restaurant. This is not a family restaurant. It is a beautiful, romantic,... More

The Crab and Shrimp Risotto is my favorite here. The risotto is perfectly cooked. Mark is an excellent server. This is a really good BYOB for couples or groups. There is outdoor seating and the inside is nicely decorated. The pistachio gelato was delicious and the molten chocolate cake was so yummy.
