We eat at Frank & Diannah's at at least once a week, usually for the potluck on Wednesdays. They serve comfort food with a bit of an upscale twist. They have burger night on Thursdays with some very interesting combinations. When they serve the salt baked Prime Rib on Fridays or Saturdays we generally come right back. Frank runs the front... More

I had a French friend visiting for about 10 days. Her schedule was pretty full, but we made time to have dinner on one of her last nights at the Arbor Inn. This is my favorite restaurant in the area and it has never disappointed. Frank, of course, gave my friend the warm welcome he gives to all his guests.... More

Just got back from the Amish/Adamstown area. I love using trip advisor and once again it has not let us down. We found Frank & Dinnah's and plugged it into the gps. We arrived at a very cozy and inviting restaurant. Immediately we were greeted by a very sincere and relaxed gentleman, which we later found out was Frank. What... More

We had a really great date night at the Arbor Inn. Cozy, comfortable and really good food. They offer a full bar with a small but nice craft beer selection. You're definitely treated as a person here. Owners are friendly and truly care about taking care of customers. I will obviously go back and highly recommend to others.

This truly is the best restaurant in Berks. The service was great, the chef checked on us several times to ensure everything was to our liking.. Our food was amazing. Everyone in our party ordered something different but all were extremely satisfied with their menu choice. We will definitely be dining there again in the near future!!!

Started with a wonderful lambchop appetizer. 3 chops per order. Cooked medium, tender, and tasty. Followed with a burger special, which was called a "Wimpy" burger. 8 oz of hand patted burger smothered in spinach, caramelized onions and a mornay sauce. Burger was cooked just as requested- med rare, was tender, and housed in a soft but substantial roll. French... More

The beef is the best in the county. The food is always fresh. The only downside of this place is the wine list.

A modest setting that houses a delicious, friendly, welcoming restaurant. It is owner (both husband and wife) operated and their care is evident. The mussel appetizer is simply the BEST mussel dish that I have ever eaten. Other guests praise everything they've eaten, but I never get beyond a double order of the mussels. Thursday night burger night is also... More

The chairs are very uncomfortable; wooden & short seat platform. My steamed mussels were bad. Hopefully, I will not get sick. Weiner Schnitzel too chewy. Calamari appetizer and fresh bread was very good. Server was very nice. Atmosphere outdated.

Had dinner here on Tuesday evening - what a great time we had. This place has a great group of people working there! The chef / owner is very knowledgeable - he discussed how they hot smoke their salmon which stays juicy and warm over a bed of fettucini in a light cream sauce. From 'soup to nuts' this place...
