We made reservations (many of the reviews said to do so) to eat here for our anniversary. It is BYOB, so we were able to bring a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Since it's in a mini-mall, the tables are close together, and it definitely doesn't have a fancy restaurant feel (because you are viewing distance of Target), but it... More

We went to this place about 8 months ago. We showed up at 5:30 PM and were asked if we had a reservation. I said no and the young lady said "Without a reservation it would be two hours before we would be seated." The place was virtually empty and when I pointed this out to the Hostess, she replied... My wife and I were buying a comforter at Target when we simultaneously thought: "I'm thinking Asian for dinner." Low and behold, there happened to be a Vietnamese restaurant a stone's throw away. When we walked in, the decor was wanting. It could not decide if it wanted to be fine or casual dining. The result was casual quality food... More

After driving by this restaurant a few times (they are now located in the strip mall off of Papermill Road), we decided to give it a try. What a wonderful surprise. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The food was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. No question - this will become our "go to" place for those times when we... More

My meal was delicious, but it was a bit overpriced given the slightly rundown setting that could use some updating (the floor needs to be redone and the walls could use more decor). My husband tried something a little more authentic Vietnamese and liked his food, but didn't love it. However, it was a decent price for the size. Our... More

This restaurant has been one of my favorites for the past 4 years. Although I'm only able to get there once or twice a year, it is always consistently delicious!

I, like a few of the reviewers have been going to this place since its days on Chestnut Street in Reading, PA. Perhaps things change from going from an inner-city corner house (10 tables?) to the more thriving business clientele off Court Street. It's well known that the Reading Parking Authority gave the owners a hard time for the years... More

I almost never write reviews, but I am so saddened and frustrated about this I feel I must in this case. For me it really feels like it's all over for this once excellent, authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I have eaten at this place for over twenty years, in three locations. In the past few years the food has gotten more... More

My wife and I took our young family of four to this restaurant on New Year's Eve. She made a reservation (it appears required, despite the number of open tables while we were there) for an early dinner (4 pm). When we arrived we were one of three parties in the restaurant. Our server was a well presented young Asian... More

I have followed them from their first location on Chestnut street. The food is fantastic. I am glad they moved out of the city, but not happy the menu was scaled down, the prices jacked up and the portions in my opinion got smaller. We just ate there, and as always the food is very good. We got the filet... More
