Pleased with first experience

Dined here for first time last night. We stopped in for a quick meal before a movie. It was ok, waiter was very helpful with the beer and wine list. We opted for the $50 special for the movie tickets. Service was okay as was the food. Portions were large as well, we ordered a $5 side of sweet... read more

We typically go to Panevino's for dinner before a concert at Santander Performing Arts Center. The staff has always been very accommodating to our schedule. We have 5:30 reservations for a 7:30 concert. Last night the service was slow and incorrect. We weren't the only people impacted. We listened/watched as another couple complained and left before their food arrived because... More

I was very excited to go to this restaurant for Valentines. I called before I made a reservation to see if they had a special menu for the holiday since I have dietary restrictions. I was told that they were going to serve the regular menu. I checked again 3 days prior just to be sure and was told again... More

This was our second visit to Panevino and both were outstanding. The atmosphere is casual, yet classy. The servers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The portions were large (I usually don't take home a "doggie bag", but this time I did) and the price was quite reasonable.

I have had steak and seafood and my dinner has been perfect every time. They have a three course fixed price for $20. You just can not beat it. Chef Dave is terrific. I would give a five star if the servers were a bit better. Serving from the wrong side and over us. Late on water refills and drink... More

This used to be a favorite place for us to eat before or after going to the movie theatre across the street. We had some fantastic meals here over the years and then in the last year or two it has started to go down hill. We tried it again last night for their Prime Rib special and I'm sure... More

Like this restaurant but you never really know what to expect when you go. One night your meal is delicious, the next time the same meal is okay. Not a fanboy the parking situation at night.

This is a great place to go for dinner on Sunday (not busy). The service was very good and the menu is sure to please everyone! The "3 courses for $19.99" is a great value and the food is delicious.

We returned to Panevino the other day, after not eating there for a couple of years. Service was attentive and quick. The dining room was comfortable (in the bar area one does have to deal with several TVs), and the server's wine recommendation proved to be very good. Both of our salads were fine. Lasagne was, to be charitable, rather... More

We accidentally found this little gem when every other restaurant anywhere near the Santander Arena was fully booked due to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra being in town. They had four seats at the bar and the bartender was also our server. She was busy but friendly and accomodating and the food...oh, the food!!! The bread course was both seasoned pita with... More
