The location is lovely, the building are impressive with wonderful old world feel rooms. The food is interestingly prepared but IMHO extremely overpriced. We are not unaccustomed to paying the price for exceptional dining experiences. However, even compared to big city prices in highly rated and nationally awarded restaurants these prices are way out of line. I am sure the... More

Enjoyed a couple of drinks and some great appetizers with some friends. It is a beautiful atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. The manager Lewis even came over and spoke to us, to see how everything was going. There was a wedding going on and they had a 3 piece orchestra playing that could be heard in the pub.... More

My husband and I had dinner at The Knight's Pub (a more casual part of the castle). The service was very good and the food was excellent. Our meals were well prepared, the servings were large, and the desserts were wonderful. The castle is in a very beautiful park-like setting. We will be back !

Under new ownership, this restaurant, in its newest iteration, is delightful. Our summer Sunday evening dinner was delicious and the atmosphere outstanding. There was a varied menu, great wine and cocktail selection—and very attentive service.

I've been here twice to go to the Knight's Pub part of Stokesay Castle. While the atmosphere is nice, I find the food to be overpriced and only okay. I enjoyed the lobster mac and cheese but the last time I went, I wasn't impressed with the crab cake sandwich (pieces of shell in it).

Met friends for dinner at the Knights Pub. We sat at the bar to wait for our table. Our friends arrived 15 minutes before us. The bartenders would not make eye contact or wait on them until they asked they actually yelled at them. The same occurred when we arrived. The bartenders would take the waitresses' orders, or a manager... More

Very nice live music, beer in you own huge tube so that you pour yourself a beer, and romantic and quite vibe when sitting by... More

Love coming here for late night drinks and sitting outside by the fire. Very casual and refined atmosphere, great for conversations and relaxing. Wish they had a bigger fire pit area, but both of the inside bar locations are very nice as well. The staff is excellent, quick, friendly, but also gives you space.

Went to Knight's Pub tonight. Love the atmosphere but menu doesn't have a lot of entree selections. Lots of pastas. Salads are extra. Not included in the price. Prices high for small amount of food. I had duck fettuccine Alfredo. Duck was over done. Olives were in this. Bit into a pit. Long wait for our food. Husband ordered soup... More
