first let's talk price - $$ is about right for 1 alcohol and 1 meal... the beer and booze selection was typical of a trendy bar/restaurant... the staff i saw were all the right culture of the restaurant to give the authentic vibe of the place... the chips were freshly warmed (seemed made there which is good even if not... Have been to Plaza Azteca multiple visits. A creature of habit, always order the tableside guacamole, beef fajitas and tres leches for dessert. Best premium frozen margaritas, pack a punch, believe me one large is more than enough. Reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere. Good for families.

Stopped in for lunch due to the tripadvisor ratings. First - Tripadviser shows pricing as $$$$ - it's really not expensive. Probably should be $$. Had the lunch fajitas and it was all I could eat. Pretty spicy, but that's how I like my fajitas. Price was reasonable, food was good and the service also good. Try it out.

We pride ourselves on being Mexican food experts; we eat it everywhere we go! This place is one of the best EVER. We stayed at an area hotel and arrived at Plaza Azteca on a Friday night at 7PM. The mall restaurants were packed just from driving by, so we anticipated a wait at Plaza Azteca. Nope- got right in!... More

Have lunch here frequently and sinner sometimes -- you can always count on consistent food and service. And the table side guac is a MUST

Sat outside on the patio on a lovely warm spring day. We ordered fish, steak and pork tacos, all of which were fresh with extra good beans and spicy, tasty smoky salsa. Overall definitely worth a repeat visit

Met my granddaughter here for a quick lunch. My first time here; not hers. Incredibly good experience. Loved the food, the service, the company of course, but best of all was the tableside guacamole. The girl preparing it was so friendly but the end result was just incredible!!!! A very great experience.

Plaza Azteca was the obvious dinner choice for an exhausted traveler across the street from her hotel. I ordered a margarita and nachos, both of which were fabulous. Nothing to complain about here - very friendly service and delicious food. Que Rico!

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites (walking distance). If we hadn't been told the food was good I wouldn't have gone, because I wasn't familiar with the restaurant and wasn't really in the mood for Mexican. I am very glad we went, though. We were seated immediately and got prompt attentive service (on a Wednesday evening). Our server recommended the... More

This place used to be the Macaroni Grill, which went down hill quick, but that is another story. I have been wanting to try Plaza Azteca for a while now, and it was well worth the wait, I should have tried it a long time ago! It was great!! The ambiance is very nice and welcoming and the staff was... More
