Came in to Pittsburgh to meet with a client, Bruegger’s seemed like a simple place to grab quick breakfast. Food was adequate; a little pricy. Staff was friendly, manager was very unprofessional. I will NOT be back.

I walked past the store after hours and to my surprise I saw people in there messing around. I went in the next day to get my normal bagel and tell the manager what I saw. I was shocked to discover it was the manager! He is tall with blondish hair and I used to think was friendly. I am... More

The bagels and sandwich we had were good. The menu was a little confusing. The service was quick and the prices were reasonable.

When I was visiting Pittsburgh, I tried to maintain a ban on chain restaurants, but since we didn't have one in Fargo, my colleagues and I decided to visit for a quick lunch. After friendly service, a great turkey club, and some of the best soup I've had in my life, I was really glad I made this one exception.

The chai tea tasted like some kind of cheap cereal milk, and the bagel sandwich was tasteless and spongy. It was convenient, but I was not impressed with the quality in the least.

Stopped by for breakfast while visiting Pittsburgh. We liked that the menu had some different options for sandwiches (Herby Turkey, Thai Peanut Chicken), but they were only okay. The staff was pleasant but very informal.

I went to Starbucks on 6th and they only had regular in decaf. The regular tastes too burnt for me. I went to Bruegger's on the square and had the house blend decaf. I ordered a egg bagel, and they let me try a few samples of bagels to see what type I would like. They were all good, but... More

Stopped for a quick breakfast before a flight at the Pgh airport. Got the classic wrap with egg whites and turkey sausage. I'm not a meat connoisseur, but the sausage was pink in the middle. I don't think cooked sausage is supposed to be pink. I took the sausage out after one bite just to make sure I didn't get... More

Tried this bagel shop on a whim and ended up eating there every day of our trip. Had the cinammon sugar bagels, and they were honestly the best bagels I ever ate. $2.39 for a bagel/creme cheese breakfast. Fresh made in steaming pots of water right behind where you order. Staff was friendly, although my daughter said that one of... More
