Don't expect a fast dinner

Came in to celebrate my birthday this past Sunday and it was very nice. Only thing I dislike is how dark it is but no big deal. We had the quatro cheese fondue which was good. The Caesar salad was good but pretty small. I chose the classic entree and everything was delicious. Finished with the... read more

This was our first time eating at The Melting Pot. While it us so interesting concept, the food was ok. The pears and Brie had more Parmesan cheese in it than anything, the spinach raviolis were tasteless unless covered in dips. The service was good. This is why I avoid chain restaurants and eat at local establishments.

It can be a little overwhelming on your first visit, but I've been to a dozen Melting Pots in a half-dozen states, and I've never had a bad experience. Whether you're a first-timer or a veteran, let your server help you - that's what they're there for! I highly suggest reservations! I've rolled the dice a few times by just... More

So the evening started with half of our party present and the waitress standing at the furthest end of the table explaining the cheese dining process. We asked her to wait before continuing because half of our party was not present. When everyone was present, drink orders were taken, but were not at all prompt. The slowness in service continued... I visited this melting pot this past week and had the most excellent sever Blair! She made our experience very special for my birthday! We started with the spinach and artichoke cheese fondue and it was to die for! We purchased the premium dippers which made the cheese even better. Blair explained the fondue process very thoroughly for the few... More

Every part of the space is beautiful, from the bar, to the seating areas. Designed to be intimate, the restaurant is comfortable and well suited for a couples night out. The meal takes about two hours, but well worth the time. We had a typical four course meal with both red meats and seafood. The fondue style dining gave us... More

This place is awesome! From the experience to the food nothing falls short. We often dine here for special occasions; birthdays, anniversaries, etc. They are able to take your experience the extra mile with optional add-ons. The food is fantastic and I think this is somewhere to visit for the experience alone, the food is just a bonus!

We had a cozy table for two tucked away in the back. The fondue was kept warm by a burner embedded in the table. Upon asking, the server suggested a bottle of wine that was both very good and reasonably priced. The dippers were a little strange especially the apples. We enjoyed the rye bread cubes and the summer sausage... More

My first experience at this restaurant was wonderful. Our server broke a glass after it fell off of our table, but was very courteous and everything was cleaned up quickly. Food was very tasty and the quantities were generous. I look forward to a coming back.
