We arrived very late and were greeted and seated. Everyone was friendly [and we were in jeans!] and quick to assist us in every way. Water arrived immediately. Our waiter told us about the extensive wine list - and he could guide us. He said he liked to talk, so we let him. He suggested 2 samples for each of... More

While not a fan of Sunday brunch menu's, Sonoma Grille doesn't disappoint! They offer the brunch folks a nice selection and offer quite delectable salad and sandwich options too. The mahi cubano is fantastic!

Our meals were delicious and nicely presented. We are visiting Pittsburgh and did not want anything that was heavy and disguised with thick sauces. This place met our needs very well. The server was friendly, accommodating and efficient. We wanted to try other restaurants otherwise we would definitley have returned for another great meal.

We visited the Sonoma Grill last June and were completely impressed, but I have to say this restaurant was even more incredible the second time. Since we had a reservation we had no wait. The server (whose name I forget unfortunately because he deserves commendation) was the absolute BEST I've ever had. He was so knowledgable and helpful, fully describing... More

I had the opportunity to visit the Sonoma Grill on five occasions in the month of may and each experience featured phenomenal staff and great food. That kind of consistency is hard to find and makes for a wonderful dining experience.

With another couple we had dinner at this very nice restaurant on Sunday. Their menu choices are very good, and all 4 of us were quite pleased with our choices. They have a Wine Spectator Award wine list, with over 100 wines by the glass, which is most unusual. Despite that choice, we went with a bottle that suited all... More

I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch on a break from a training course at the Convention Centre. I was given a nice table in the sun on the sidewalk patio and my order was taken quickly. The food was delicious and attractively presented and also reasonably priced. I was able to have a relaxing lunch and get... More

Went there this past weekend with my wife. Our server was James and he was very knowledgeable. My wife had the avocado and crabmeat and I had the flat bread mushroom pizza Appetizers both were amazing. Main course my wife had the shrimp and oyster dish special and I had the duck, both excellent!

I was in Pittsburg for a business meeting. I was looking forward to there signature meals. Unfortunately we had to wait quite a bit of time to sit even tho there was open seating. Very disappointed because they advertise an organic burger which they did not have any. I settled for a cup of the seafood chowder and a grill... More

We needed to grab some lunch after we went to the marathon expo and walked past this gem. I thought it looked to expensive and fancy for a light lunch! I was wrong!! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The front staff was a little disorgnized but the waiter was good once he knew we were there.... More
