Traveling on business and ate here based on recommendations. Good place for business, but had trouble getting a big group on short notice. Servers are very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. The food is is excellent and well presented. Would say a good value, but a little pricey even for the area. Overall the food and service were very good,... More

We celebrated our 15th anniversary there this past weekend and it was truly amazing. We got the special table in a private balcony overlooking the bar. The food was absolutely incredible, one of our best meals. The service was excellent and we loved the atmosphere.

We recently returned to Pittsburgh for a two week visit and until about a year and one half ago lived on the North Shore. Eleven was an easy 15 minute walk and well worth the walk. I'm hard pressed to describe the atmosphere except to say I really like it. Soft muted lighting, warm colors and no TVs blaring in... More

Went to eat twice (lunch and dinner) just to give it a good try. Both time service was disappointing ( restaurant was not busy ) but server keeps forgetting to bring back requested items. Too pricey for the quality and quantity of food. Service was very slow. We have eaten at many major restaurants in the country as well as... More

The food, while pricey and scarce, was well-prepared and imaginative. Their menu rotates frequently, but while there, I had a meal of salmon on a bed of polenta, with pancetta, carrots, radicchio, and vinaigrette. I found the pairing of flavors with the radicchio and pancetta to be very interesting and the salmon was cooked just right. Their breads were also... More

I went to 11 with my girlfriend before we left on our trip to Cancun. The atmosphere was nice but the food was overpriced and you got very small portions, hundred dollar meal and I left hungry.

Great food, limited menu, a little pricy. Good atmosphere for couples. Not a great place for children.

This place had a nice atmosphere and great service. My server, Thomas was very kind and attentive. The food was good,in fact I have eaten many scallops and the ONE on the seafood tasting was the best I have ever had!!! I can not say that for the crab cake. It was not as good as many I have eaten. The... More

As the title says, Eleven is my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh and through several visits has never disappointed. The restaurant is located a short walk from most downtown offices & hotels, but also offers plenty of cheap parking on site (valet available as well). There is a great bar area to hang out for happy hour or while waiting for... More

While in Pittsburgh we went to Eleven on the first night of a three night trip, and we were spoiled for the rest of our visit! The room as you enter the restaurant is gorgeous, and the service friendly and efficient. Then there is the bread! Oh my! Baked in house, and there were several varieties from which we could... More
