Very tasty, fresh breakfast buffet. Many meat choices, creative sides, customized omelets and delicious steel-cut oatmeal. The winning point for us was having the extraordinary server Ernesto. Friendly, attentive and knowledgable about hotel history. It was a pleasure to chat with him.

Excellent breakfast and service. They offered both menu choices and buffet. We ordered from the menu, but the buffet has many, many choices.

The Terrace Room at the William Penn Hotel is quite expensive but Sunday Brunch should be tried at least once. It's a Pittsburgh tradition for a reason. Amazing architecture and atmosphere and the belini's and mimosas are wonderful if you don't have a long drive home.

Always a treat, and always a grand environment to dine in. I particularly like the spinach salad with feta.

I recently at dinner at the Terrace Room when it was not busy on a early Sat. evening. The carrots and vegetables were excellent and the spices were prefect. Bread was also excellent and my Merlot wine was exceptional. However, the prime rib and sauce was average so I was not impressed for it being a "special." The waiter was... More

I recently had dinner at the Terrace Room. The hotel lobby and the restaurant are beautiful. It is a good choice for a special or romantic dinner. Valet parking was easy and was complimentary with dinner (but don't forget to tip). The food was enjoyable, not amazing, but tasty overall. One thing to know is that the menu is limited,... More

Food quality is not what one would expect from such a high level hotel. Also, servers are pushy in trying to sell you more, mimosas not included in the brunch. Overall, save your money and go elsewhere, believe me, food and service are nothing our of the ordinary. We went there expecting a higher level of food and service and... More

The food was very good. There was a good variety to choose from . I am a very picky eater and I really enjoyed it. The portions were nice sizes.
