"Enjoyable Dinner"

Met a dozen friends at the restaurant for dinner on a busy Saturday evening. We were seated in a room off the main dining area. The question is, "How can you mess up spaghetti?" The answer is overcooked and ketchup like sauce with stale bread. Even the price was high for a below average meal. With all of the great places to eat in the strip district this is one to pass up.

Went on a Sat. night and did call for a reservation. Had to wait 20 minutes but it was extremely crowded. Had 2 small children and there was an entertainer making balloon animals for their entertainment. A great surprise that kept them happy. We used a coupon for the family for 4 feast and got lasagna, chicken parmesan and linguine... More

I find this place unique, it looks dated from the outside, but when you get inside it is really neat, they have this trolly room that looks like a subway train with tables there, I have not eaten in that section before, but I would like to someday. I have been in the main area where they have all these... More

On March 14, 2015, the server who took our order and served part of our order was rude and argumentative, and we believe that he gave us an entree that a child at the table across from us didn't want. The plate on which my friend's spaghetti and meatballs was served was obviously smaller than my plate. She observed that... More

There were 12 of us celebrating a birthday, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Bread, appetizers, and meals came out hot and were delicious. We brought our own cake in, and they were very accommodating to make our celebration special. Excellent service, especially on a Saturday when the restaurant was very busy.

Our meals were lukewarm and somewhat salty. The bread and garlic butter at the beginning was very good, and it went downhill from there. Our server, however, was excellent. I feel bad that I did not get her name, but she handled our table of ten just fine. I do have a problem that they advertise "America's Most Incredible 15-Layer... More

This is a chain restaurant but with good "red sauce" Italian food, cute atmosphere, and very family friendly. Great place to take the grandchildren from out of town, or even from town. Super fried zucchinni and delicious lasagna. The kids LOVE the big meatballs.

My husband and I went for Valentine's Day, and we ordered the featured special. The food and sangria were fine. However, the server seemed as if she had been drinking. She had to be asked for silverware, our salads were soaked in dressing even though we asked specifically for it to be on the side, and she forgot our garlic... More

We recently visited the Pittsburgh Spaghetti Warehouse for a casual anniversary lunch with my in-laws, and came away completely embarrassed. Fortunately the worst meals (cold veggie lasagna and cool chile) were served to my wife and me so it was not a total disaster. Once re-heated the meals was warm (not hot). After 2 different assistant manager visits (offer by... More
