We tried Enrico's Cafe today for lunch after shopping in the strip. What a disappointment! I've always heard how good the biscotti was, so when we saw they had coal oven pizza, my wife wanted to give it a try. I ordered the margherrita pizza and found it to be bland and nearly tasteless. The crust which in my opinion... More

We stopped by Enrico's for some morning sweets and espresso while on vacation. I had heard great things about it from others who had visited or had previously lived in the area. We had prompt service, but it did not live up to the hype. Both the coffee (espresso and a cappucino) and the biscotti were average. The coffee seemed... More

I think they only do brunch on Saturdays, but worth the inconvenience. Service was very friendly and helpful, although the actual dining area is quite small. I ordered a coffee, chocolate almond biscotti and the strata. The coffee was very nice, but a little disappointed by the biscotti, just average I thought. The real star was the strata. Not your... Stopped there because my wife loved the biscotti we got on last year's trip to Pittsburgh. I saw the arrow for the restaurant and saw the 4 outside tables in the alleyway and at first thought they were places for people to sit and eat the bakery purchases. I walked a bit further and found there really was a restaurant... More

These wearied travelers were delighted to find this gem in the heart of Pittsburgh! The service was incredible (we were even given a free cookie for my son after stories were exchanged), and the biscotti was...well, worth naming a store after!

The biscotti here are wonderful, and the number of choices of flavors is overwhelming. There are also other baked delights. If you go, do sample some of the other baked goods as well. The macaroons and palmiers were awesome! You can purchase your biscotti and sample them (as well as a creative breakfast menu) at a funky café behind the... More

I like biscotti and was looking forward to trying some from a store dedicated to the biscotti craft. I picked the fig variety. I never tasted any fig flavor at all. It tasted like the bland zweiback toasts you give to little kids. So the taste/lake of taste was a disappointment to me. They had some other things that were... More

Nestled in the heart of the strip district, this small bakery defies all expectations. While supposedly only a biscotti company, the various Italian pastries, the fresh baked crusty loaves, and cakes are all some of the best baked goods I have ever tasted. The desserts are always just sweet enough, without being cloying and still complex and deep. When my... More

One of my favorite places in the Strip (or Pittsburgh for that matter) to have lunch! Great food and I love the "cozy" and rustic dining area. The best part is being able to visit the bakery after lunch to grab some fantastic White Chocolate Macadamia biscotti to go!
