Stopped there because my wife loved the biscotti we got on last year's trip to Pittsburgh. I saw the arrow for the restaurant and saw the 4 outside tables in the alleyway and at first thought they were places for people to sit and eat the bakery purchases. I walked a bit further and found there really was a restaurant... More

These wearied travelers were delighted to find this gem in the heart of Pittsburgh! The service was incredible (we were even given a free cookie for my son after stories were exchanged), and the biscotti was...well, worth naming a store after!

The biscotti here are wonderful, and the number of choices of flavors is overwhelming. There are also other baked delights. If you go, do sample some of the other baked goods as well. The macaroons and palmiers were awesome! You can purchase your biscotti and sample them (as well as a creative breakfast menu) at a funky café behind the... More

I like biscotti and was looking forward to trying some from a store dedicated to the biscotti craft. I picked the fig variety. I never tasted any fig flavor at all. It tasted like the bland zweiback toasts you give to little kids. So the taste/lake of taste was a disappointment to me. They had some other things that were... More

Nestled in the heart of the strip district, this small bakery defies all expectations. While supposedly only a biscotti company, the various Italian pastries, the fresh baked crusty loaves, and cakes are all some of the best baked goods I have ever tasted. The desserts are always just sweet enough, without being cloying and still complex and deep. When my... More

One of my favorite places in the Strip (or Pittsburgh for that matter) to have lunch! Great food and I love the "cozy" and rustic dining area. The best part is being able to visit the bakery after lunch to grab some fantastic White Chocolate Macadamia biscotti to go!

Went to Deluca's for my boyfriends birthday with his family. Due to the size of our party (5+) we were able to make reservations and got to skip waiting in line. We had everything from pancakes, omlettes, waffles to french toast. Everyone loved their meal. Nothing fancy about the place just quick service and good food. The sausage in the... More

We were invited to share a meal here on one of their First Fridays. I can only use the word amazing. Not only the food. I have never been in a restaurant where the service was better. Arrival is very interesting, our instructions were to find the bakery then go down the alley to the entrance. This leads you to... More

Good overall cookies. Most of their cookies are southern Italy cookies and the couple of different "biscotti's" I had were good. The owner is friendly and owns Enricos little Osteria next door.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. Great pasta fagioli soup along with some bread and olive oil warmed us up on a cold winter's day. The cafe is tucked away behind the bakery and reminded us of the small cafes we frequented throughout Europe. Their cappuccino is easily among the best we've... More
