My husband always chooses Kaya for his birthday.

This is the ideal restaurant for those who are looking for something a little different. The happy hour starts earlier than most (sorry I don't remember) and offers wonderful creative mixed drinks. My wife and I went here the other night before the Pirates game. Got there around 5:00 and it wasn't crowded at all. The place had cool decor and nice music playing. We started off with the mango salsa and chips and they were so good! We went with my father and mother in law who are semi-vegan and they... More

Visited with out of town guests on a Sunday evening. Casual "barrish" environment with tables to sit at inside and outside. We did have a reservation but it may not have been necessary since it was Sunday. Started with mojitos which we the best I've had in a while - I was totally surprised when the beverage manager told us... More

The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I had the flank steak tacos which were actually decent, but I also had the lobster tacos which were not good at all. The hush puppies were really good and I'd highly recommend. I'm not in a hurry to return.

This is a very nice bar that feels inviting and warm. Date place for sure. Clean and really well decorated. The food did have a wide range in quality. The fish tacos looked great, but we're not crisp due to sauce making them soggy. The hot bean dip was awesome really great taste and some light spice. Great in house... More

Although I'm from out if town, business and weekend trips bring me in the city about a dozen or more times a year. Kaya is always on my short list of establishments to drink and dine at. I have only had dinner and drinks, so I can't speak to pre dinner service. I can say that I haven't had a... More

Last Sunday my husband asked that we try brunch at Kaya. I agreed and we found our way to the Strip and to the restaurant. The service was slow, the drinks from the bar had to be sent back as they did not taste at all like they should have. After a long wait our entres arrived. The eggs Benedict... More

Food was very good and service is great, our waitress was fast efficient and always smiling. Worth going to just off the strip

I have been to Kaya at least three other times and I'll tell you about what I've noted as far as consistency-- they are consistent! The cocktails are fun and well-made. The meals are described properly and what comes to the table is what I would expect after reading the menu copy. The food itself always tastes fresh to me,... More

We went on Wednesday, when they have a four-course vegetarian prix fixe menu. It's very popular, so we had to sit at the bar (where service was very good). The portions were a bit skimpy, but it was the best vegetarian food I've ever had (I'm not a vegetarian). The regular-menu dishes (vegetarian and otherwise) also looked excellent (and larger)....
