When we arrived we asked for a table of 6. The manager asked if I had a reservation. I asked him if I needed one and if I did we'd go elsewhere. He said he'd look and see if they could serve us. I usually would leave at that point but my wife wanted to stay. Another family of 6... More

This is the best Italian food I have ever had. I live in NC and I have never had such authentic food. The portions were enormous. Great tasting Italian sausages and pasta. Seven people with 2 large entrees and we still had leftovers. The cannoli's were so rich and tasty.

Went here on a visit to Pittsburgh 2 weeks ago. Had a reservation and was seated quickly. Our server explained that all the entries would serve 2 or 3 people. I ordered lasagna and my wife selected carbanara. A package of frozen would have bettered what I had. It was burnt to a crisp and had no moisture let alone... More

Very good food, excellent wine, excellent service. Buca di Beppo is a chain, but I didn't know this at the time and it was so authentic it would have fooled me.

Visited the Station Sq. location as a first time ever visit to BdB. It did not disappoint; we had a great time. We ate heartily and quickly, had an amazing server (can't remember her name, but she was blonde, has a nose ring, and spoke to us about having a dog) who was super friendly and made us feel special... Just your usual spaghetti restaurant with giant portions of unremarkable quality. Nothing was particularly good but the price was right.

I previously reviewed Buca in September of 2014 and was not impressed with the food. The restaurant emailed me a few weeks later with a gift certificate for another visit, which we used on Saturday. First of all, no one knew we had the certificate until we paid the bill. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation but were... More
