If you are looking for pub style eats this place is the best. Italian potato skins or spicy parmesan wings are a must as an app. I love the "Kelsey burger" with the pierogi on top. Price is very reasonable for the quality of food. Discovered some great beers at this place too! Although stay away from their star beer... More

If you ever go by a restaurant on a Saturday Night and they are not busy or don't have a line waiting to get in then you should question why. We walked by several restaurants on the Southside of Pittsburgh that we could have ate at that didn't have lines or crowds but when we got to Fatheads Saloon there... More

Excellent menu of bar-food, very nicely rendered. Great draught selection. Excellent wings (try them grilled!) Fantastic sides ('Shrooms with one heck of a zip, some of the best onion rings you have ever had.) Crowded, noisy; expect to wait in the evenings. Don't worry; have a beer while you're chilling. Its worth it.

Met up with a friend's family and we had a great time. Over 60 beers on tap for selection to go with a huge menu with many different sandwich items ranging from a deluxe grilled cheese to awesome wraps. The homemade chips and fresh cuts fries were also great. Stop in and enjoy this classic Pittsburgh South side gem. P.S.... More

Wow, we really loved this place. They have a substantial draft beer selection - not to mention that they have their own beer as well. The menu was also huge - it took us 10 minutes to just figure out what to order since everything sounded and looked so good. We went for their wings and their famous sandwich "southside... More

The restaurant was very loud. The food was good. Service was slow but it was busy. I recommend the ribs.

We would not consider coming to Pittsburgh without making at least one trip to Fat Heads. Parking can be an issue but we found a lot one block off Carson St. Even though we had burgers the night before we had to get Fat Heads burgers-always delicious. We shared an order of wings and they were also very delicious.

If sheer gluttony and indulgence is what you're after, Fat Heads is a definite stop for you. So many beers on tap (a few on cask as well) and oodles and oodles of menu items. Recipes are gluttonous and over-the-top, smothered in everything that's artery-clogging and delicious. The "#5 sandwich in the US" wasn't really anything to write home about,... More

Great beer, great food! Started with coconut shrimp, tasty! Elliot Ness beer, delicious! Then had Hof-Wich... out of this world grilled chicken wrap with just a little heat. Bold. Awesome! Finished it with Fat Head Goggle Foggle. Great pub, sports bar attitude. I recommend. Yum.
