lot of choices, but sandwiches average in quality. Lot of bread per sandwich. My devine swine sandwich was somewhat dry and the bbq sauce too salty. Probaby are other better restaurants to go to.

If you are getting a good brew, this is the place to be. It gets crowded VERY quickly so be sure to get a reservation early if you want to eat. The food is beyond huge, so prepare yourself. It's pretty good, but not the best pub food in the city.

Great rotating draft beer list, and some awesome house brews (Headhunter IPA is my favorite). Food is always really solid, and consistent decent service over multiple years. Pittsburgh Classic on the southside.

This place was highly recommend by many people we knew who visit often! Such a interesting place with a huge menu, not to mention my sandwich was bigger than my head! Beer was good (a little pricey for the beer 2 glasses for 11 - 12 dollars), food was good, prices were reasonable! Will return in the future!

Sat at the bar and had a couple of draft beers. Ordered a basket of handcut potato chips. They were awesome. The two bartenders were hard working and helpful explaining the beers we were interested in tasting.

This is a great hangout place to grab a beer and a bite. The burgers are HUGE and there's something for everyone here. I had to try the Southside Slope headwich since it was rated #5 by Maxim magazine. Fabulous! I washed it down with a couple of Fat head's dark beers which were great as well. I'd definitely recommend... More

Fathead's Saloon is a really cool place to have some food and drink. The Three Little Pigs appetizer was delicious. It comes with Bratz, Bangers, and Kielbasa chargrilled and served with sauerkraut and sautéed pierogies and onions. I would highly recommend this appetizer if you're looking for a great German dish. Plenty of beer choices to choose from with the... More

Was out visiting my daughter at Pitt and she suggested we try this restaurant for lunch. They have a large selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and appetizers. We arrived at the restaurant around noon and was seated right away. I used the restroom while I was there and it was absolutely gross. We shared crock of Mooney's chicken parm soup... More

This place has such a wide menu and the sandwiches are huge. Make sure you go when you are hungry. Our party of 5 loved this place. They have a small outside seating area as well with plenty of on street parking. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend here.
