Visited Pittsburgh where a friend was an amazing tour guide. She took us to this restaurant and her advice here was as good as all the rest of her great tour. Great seafood, Luke's dad is not to be missed on the lobster phone. (You just have to see it, explanation would fail) Highly recommend

After a day riding Segway's around the 'burgh all day, we wanted a casual place but didn't want to compromise on food. We chose Luke Wholey's and we could not be happier. We started with a dozen raw oysters. We chose the east/west so we could get a taste of different types. They were fabulous. For our dinner my husband... More

My husband and I stumbled across this gem in the strip district, so we decided to try it the next day with a group of friends and ended up there for lunch AND dinner! Highlights included the Bloody Mary's with a fried crab and shrimp arranged on it, oysters, shrimp, King Crab sushi, calamari, & lobster bisque! Our group shared... More

This was my first visit into Luke's since I live in Charlotte. What a great restaurant, open air restaurant with a key west kind of vibe. We shared a dozen oysters which were very fresh, the beers on tap were upscale. I had the Imperial Swordfish which had lump crabmeat and smashed red skin potatoes. All excellent, the fish was... The seafood dishes all look and deliver. Really good food to excellence. Menu has options across the seafood and beef, but seafood shines. The portions are nice look wonderful and taste better. The drinks were all well made with options to chose from. Service was friendly and prompt. Refills came when needed and checked on. On the strip the best... More

A very inviting space, Luke's was disappointing to me on food. I ordered the seared ahi tuna appetizer, props to this being mostly discounted due to the yelp checkin but the tuna was overcooked and personally I think the dish would be much better leaving the tuna raw because the flavor of the slaw and sauce was a good compliment.... We were wandering around on the fourth of July and stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. We were greeted and sat promptly. We started with a couple of cocktails, the strawberry basil martini and cucumber gin Rickey, both were good. We shared a nice and fresh shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. For dinner we had... More

Amongst all the restaurants in the strip, we stumbled into Luke Wholey's about 4 months ago. We were extremely satisfied with the experience, food was awesome, great atmosphere. On a whim we decided to go again and they were able to replicate everything. Such a great restaurant and they are doing a good job of separating themselves from all the... More
