I'm on a Seafood Diet...

We were wandering around on the fourth of July and stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. We were greeted and sat promptly. A very inviting space, Luke's was disappointing to me on food. I ordered the seared ahi tuna appetizer, props to this being mostly discounted due to the yelp checkin but the tuna was overcooked and personally I think the dish would be much better leaving the tuna raw because the flavor of the slaw and sauce was a good compliment.... Amongst all the restaurants in the strip, we stumbled into Luke Wholey's about 4 months ago. We were extremely satisfied with the experience, food was awesome, great atmosphere. On a whim we decided to go again and they were able to replicate everything. Such a great restaurant and they are doing a good job of separating themselves from all the... More

From previous reviews we thought we were in for a real treat here, but left disappointed. Food took an hour to arrive at 5 pm on a Saturday night, the restaurant was not even full yet. The only outstanding part of the meal was the oyster plate. Lobster bisque fries were average. Lobster mac-n-cheese was average. Calamari was average. Ahi... More

We came here om a quiet day to get dinner at about 4. There were plenty of open tables, we were seated immediately. We ordered and yet, despite the lack of people, our food took OVER 2 HOURS TO GET. Its ridiculous. I try to be a good Christian but Luke Wholeys makes it hard. PS, it didnt even taste... More

Sunday afternoon, perfect weather and delicious food. Bloody Mary was tasty. It was garnished with a stalk of celery, olives, pickle and 2 huge shrimp, salty and spicy. I had the crab Benedict and Hubby had the Cesar salad with salmon. Both were very good.

The food was average. Asked for medium-rare yellowfin tuna and it was medium to well done. The table ordered calamari that was also pretty standard. Service was pleasant but very slow for a Tuesday night.

If you want great seafood and a casual atmosphere Wild Alaskan is the place for you. The lobster bisque is amazing. Especially when they pour it over a plate full of fries or the lobster roll! Not a cheap meal by any means but well worth it! Located in the middle of the Strip District it's a great place to... More

Food was VERY good - highly recommend Lobster Bisque Fries. Service very good - atmosphere very appropriate for night time dining - would definitely go here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed lunch at Luke Wholey's Grille starting with a Soft Shell Crab garnished Bloody Mary. Two of us had the lunch special of Crisp Calamari Caesar Salad and it was excellent. The other two ordered from the sushi menu and were very pleased with their dishes. The grille is a bustling crowded restaurant at lunch time and service... More
