Great Spot for Brunch..,

We ended up coming here before leaving town. The food was very good, but the portions were small. Not a large selection either. Would highly recommend the Paris 66 Brunch which gives you a little of everything.

Nicest staff in the city. This time our waitress was from central France so we got a cultural lesson about her hometown. And learned some more about French cuisine--gratin dauphinois--and French products from the tin signs on the walls. We sat out on the covered porch with the circus lights and the LED-blinking Eiffel Tower, listening to Jacques Brel-ne me... More

It was a birthday celebration with a friend. The long narrow seating was so Paris. Menu offers frog legs, escargot, crepes and numerous not so French food. A bit pricey, but the number of mussels was large. The onion soup cost was typical of soup. I had the macaroons for dessert. I was disappointed. I should have had the creme brulee.... More

Walking into Paris 66, we really wanted to love this restaurant. The atmosphere, was cozy, inviting and reminiscent of a Parisian bistro. The staff was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing. The food was just disappointing. Reviews we read complained about the portion size but my Coquilles St Jacques appetizer would have been a satisfying portion, although overpriced at $18.... More

Well if you don't believe in Europe they give you smaller portions you will after visiting Paris 66. The portions would not even qualify as an appetizer. The food was good and rich but you would have to order 2 complete meals to make one. At their prices this would make a very expensive meal.

My wife and I dined at Paris 66 on her birthday. We are long-time lovers of all things French--the food, the language, and the culture. We enjoyed an authentic French experience during our visit to Paris 66. The first thing that hits you is how close this place is to a neighborhood bistro in France. The staff are mainly native... Our neighborhood dining group has one couple, particularly the husband, that has spent a great deal of time living in Europe. I asked him if he was satisfied and he said that he was. I have only eaten French food that he has cooked so I am not confident in judging French food. However, the meal that I had at... More

I felt as if I were transported to France! We sat in the covered, outdoor patio with lights strung above, raindrops falling on canopy, small lit candles and lovely French speaking waitress. The meal began with complimentary amuse bouche. Lovely whipped cream with touch of undertone asparagus. I began with a house salad of crisp greens, cucumber, tomato with an... More

We very much enjoyed this smallish restaurant in Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood. From the attentiveness of our French waiter Renaul (and his comfort in speaking French to us), to our nice side salad, to our quite tasty entrées (rabbit and veal), to the apple tart for dessert, this was a memorable dining experience. We plan to return, soon.
