Description: Phone 215-598-9210, but no website. BYO opened around 3/20/2011 for lunch and dinner, replacing Summer Kitchen which closed 9/2010. Tried twice, seems excellent for dinner. Indoor and (in season) outdoor seating.

This little restaurant was a hidden gem -- too hidden, as it turns out. It finally closed down a couple of weeks ago. Villa Nuova had superior food, generally worthy service, modest prices, BYO, lovely outdoor seating, and consistently got high marks during health department inspections. But The Gathering, the quaint shopping complex it was in, has been managed by... More

We visited here two weeks ago. The food was fine but interestingly, the owner came out 2 hours before closing and told us if we needed to use the facilities to do so right away because the staff was leaving BUT we were welcome to sit at the table outside and finish our wine. We recently drove past the restaurant... More

Save your money and go somewhere where they appreciate your business, one waitress, no bus people, no asking if you want dessert or coffee, are you ready for the check? see you later.

Granddaughter's Confirmation dinner was at Villa Nuova. There were 18 of us seated in a room set up for this party. My granddaughter chose this restaurant after researching on the internet. She also selected the dinners for the set menu. We had choices of Cocoanut Shrimp, Bruchetta, and one other for appetizers. Choice of salad....House and Ceasar. Entrees were Tuna,... More

This is my third visit to Villa Nuova. This place is a gem - don't miss it! The food is imaginative and outstanding. The service is friendly (but not intrusive - a common fault with many restaurants these days) and very professional. The new owners should be congratulated for meeting the challenge of providing such an excellent experience. The restaurant... More

We were at a nearby winery and were hoping to find a BYOB for an early dinner with friends. It was a beautiful day so being able to eat outside was also desirable. We found Villa Nuova through an internet search. It was everything we wanted and we will definitely return. The menu had a very good variety of appetizers... More

For a family dinner with 3 toddlers outdoor dining was a wonderful option and our choice of the Villa Nuova did not disappoint. We visited on a Tuesday night so the restaurant had few patrons which helped ensure that we received good service from the only waitress who was likely the owner's wife. Service was not swift, but was adequate... More

Villa Nouva has both inside & outside seating. Either way the Food is very good, and comes out timely & just the way you want it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is nestled in a small shopping area in Wrightstown, and totally worth finding ! I've tried the specials and several items on the menu and... More
