We had a party of 20 and requested separate checks, no problem, we only had one server and a helper, she did a great job. I had veal parm and it was tender, but very salty, not enough sauce and very little pasta. My wife had salmon which was fresh but lacked the taste suitable for her. We where offered... More

Its is worth a trip to see this history tavern even if you are only having a beer. We took our group there at night and wish we had stayed their for an entire meal

I was told by co-workers that this restaurant had great food and was very quaint, and they were correct. The facility was very neat and nicely redone. The food was wonderful and had a great presentation. I highly recommend you try this.

The historic tavern theme pulled us in and although the meal was good, it was not outstanding. We ordered the caesar salad and it was not a traditional salad that we were expecting. The mushroom appetizer was just okay and our steaks, although both ordered medium rare, came to us cooked medium well and rare. Probably wouldn't go back when... More

We had a hearty, delicious meal in a historic inn and the turtle soup was wonderful, the best that we've ever had.

I get that the building is historic. The menu lists only a few expensive items. Many are seafood. I hate seafood. I only ordered a soda

We took my father-in-law here to celebrate Father's Day. After researching over the internet this seemed like a unique place to dine. The old building in which the restaurant is situated was the drawing card and that's where it stopped. Nothing wrong with the service but the food was very mediocre and definitely not fine dining. We had 4 different... More

On a recommendation, we chanced grabbing a table at this establishment on a rainy Friday night. Hostess was not very congenial when we stated that we did not have a reservation, despite the restaurant begin half full, which set the tone for our meal. Waitstaff very attentive. Room on the right was a bit noisy and was serving families that... More

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here and the food was excellent, the service superb and the general appearance was wonderful especially for a historic building. We will definitely return during future visits to the area. We were also impressed with the prices which were very reasonable for the dishes we enjoyed
