Relatively very good

Of the several eateries we visited in PA Dutch country, the food here was the best. A little over-priced for what it was, but the atmosphere is nice, service good and you pay the tourist tax!

My three friends and I, like other reviewers, wanted a more upscale dinner and a historic one at that, while visiting Amish country. We walked from our rooms at the Best Western Revere Inn to the restaurant (very convenient). Our reservation was for seven o'clock. The hostess greeted us with the pronouncement that they were all out of the specials.... More

Dining setting was lovely and historic. Waiter was pleasant and helpful. Service was fast and the food hot when it arrived. Food was prepared to our specifications and was ample and delicious.

What a great way to end our stay in Lancaster. 13 Family members stopped in for one last meal in lancaster on 7/19 and we're so glad we found the Revere Tavern. Steaks were amazing and the staff was so accomodating to our 5 young children. Highly recommend this place if you want a great dining experience in Lancaster, PA.

On a weekend jaunt to the Lancaster area, we wanted to find a restaurant that spoke to the long history of the area and were very delighted to find the Revere Tavern in Paradise, PA, a charming limestone restaurant that was built in 1740, served as a stagecoach stop, was owned by President James Buchanan at one time, and is... We always stop here when we go to Lancaster and have never been disappointed. It's not cheap but not out of sight either. The menu has seafood, steaks, veal, and pasta. Portions are just about right too. The decor is pleasant; service is always good; plenty of wine, beer, and drink options are available.

We were referred to his restaurant after a long journey by our Innkeeper at the Candlelight Inn--Great recommendation. Very traditonal menu, excellent friendly service. Check out the lovely bar room area of this 1740 tavern!

My husband and I ate here for dinner. The menu did not have a lot of options and is quite pricey. It has a nice atmosphere but that was it. Our waitress did not show a lot of personality. She just did her job almost on auto pilot. We would not recommend going here. 😕

It was late, we needed a light meal. Found this place on GPS and went. I was a little nervous when I realized it was attached to a Best Western, but we went in anyway. We didn't want a big meal just something light so we sat at a small table in the bar. I had French onion soup, a... More

Once again, I highly recommend Revere's half-price happy hour Mon-Thurs from 5-6 pm. We had duck confit spring rolls, wings with celery and blue cheese, mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat, and fried calamari, plus 4 Miller Lite drafts for a grand total of $29 + tip. Our bartender was the most personable guy ever so we happily overtipped. Great time!
