Last year I reviewed this Macaroni Grill and gave it rave reviews. Tonight we went back with those good thoughts in mind, with the intention of celebrating my birthday. What a disappointment. We were seated in a booth at the bar, which was noisier than what we would have preferred. Sinatra, who I actually like as a background singer, was... More

Terrible food! Everything was greasy and overly spicy. I ordered sole and my husband ordered pork chop. The food was swimming in the puddle of grease. We felt sick the entire evening after we ate there. The waiter was terrible, he kept rushing us and at one point he took my husbands fork, while he was still eating!!! Stay away... More

We have always enjoyed dining at this Macaroni Grill Location. The best experience we had was last year when we were in rush, we received excellent service as well as our food in 20 minutes. Will definitely go back!

It is amazing how different people have such different experiences at a place. I have stayed away from this chain because I am not a fan of chain Italian food. But we were in a pinch for a quick meal and this was open. Well, we could not have been more delighted. We walked in and the place was very... More

We had a gift card to this place so we thought we would give it a try. We arrived at about 715pm on a Friday and were seated right away-near the kitchen. We waited for what seemed like a long time before Sky our server finally showed up at our table. She was attractive but not very friendly and seemed... More

Upon entering we noticed how cold the place was. My wife asked if the heat was on as it seemed very cold. We were told it was on but because of the system it was only the front that was cold. Needless to say we ended up eating with our coats on. The service was slow. We ordered a beer... More

We were seated right a way it was 5 pm & empty. The waiter took our drink order & brought bread. The bread was cold and hard like it was sitting out for a long time. We asked for fresh bread that was 5:10. 5:35 we had no bread or drink we just asked for water. When we asked The... More

We had gift card and 20% off coupon so decided to go here for anniversary dinner. Service was prompt. Appetizers were delicious. Main course was satisfactory- somewhat bland in flavor. The New York cheesecake dessert was frozen- suggest they defrost it before serving.

We just returned from early dinner, an experience I would rate as fair. As the hostess directed us to a table in the bar, I asked to be seated in the main dining room. The restaurant was almost empty for our 6:15 pm seating but we were told there was no other seating at a 'two top' available. The bartender... More

This is our new favorite Italian chain. From the loaf of bread for dipping to the last bite of the entree, the food is excellent. I brought home half my entree for dinner the next day. The wine prices are not bad and at the present time, the promotion is offering a glass of wine for $2.75. I did like... More
