Description: Welcome to Bacco, a Neapolitan family trattoria specializing in homemade Italian dishes and wines. The name Bacco is Italian for "Bacchus", the mythological god of "good times" who taught mortals the celebration of the grapes and living every day to the fullest. Bacchus is the essence and enjoyment of the food and fruits of the earth. The meal is the center of Italian culture. With its own wine room, martini bar, indoor garden and bocce court on the patio, Bacco is truly a cut above the rest when it comes to authentic Italian dining. A large choice of family-style dishes allows everyone to share their selections, creating fun and the warmth of dining in the manner of the Italian family table. Benvenuto!

Before writing this post, I checked the recent reviews of this restaurant and it appears that service was the main complaint. My wife and I dined on a Sunday evening - it wasn't crowded, but definitely busy. Bacco has different seating areas, at the bar, outside, and inside. The area where we sat has a decor of old Italy -... More

We've had excellent food at Bacco several times. But on Father's Day, we made a reservation for 5:45 PM, and were promptly seated with our 2 daughters (8 & 10, well behaved). A waiter, clearly struggling with his English, took our order, brought our bread and beverages... and we waited. And waited. Our waiter said it was coming soon. And... More

Father's Day dinner started out well. We were cheerfully welcomed and seated by our reservation time. I should have known all would go downhill when every waiter who walked by me bumped into my chair. Even after saying something, and the manager moving the empty table next to us over, one waiter just couldn't stop bumping my chair every time... More

We dined at Bacca when if first opened and again a few months later. Both times we had poor service and the food was just adequate. Decided to give it another try recently and would. Ot recommend the dining experience. The take out pizza is good.

We visited Bacco's when it first opened and was not impressed. We recently went back and are hooked! The entrees are very good and the pizza is excellent (get the Drunken Brooklyn)! Entrees can be pricey but there is enough on the menu that budget minded diners can enjoy some excellent fare. Desserts are amazing especially the peanut butter brownie... More

Good portions of consistently good food. Whatever you order, is going to be a good choice. Nice outside eating area.

If those reviews are accurate, then Bacco must have re-staffed completely. We had an excellent dinner and the service was superb. The second we sat down, our server (a Hispanic fellow, I can't remember his name) approached us and got our drink orders and they came out not even 5 minutes later. Pollo Enzo (which I ordered) was delicious and... More

I want to be fair here, so lets start with the positives. We ate a stuffed artichoke appetizer that was absolutely superb, The pasta dishes were done to perfection, and tasty. I know this is a small thing, but I had a side of broccoli rabe that was among the best that I have tasted in this country. I was not... More

My husband and I have been going here for years and it has gradually declined in quality in terms of food and service. They change their menu periodically which isn't unusual but it was a definite downgrade. Their service is so slow and inattentive that we feel compelled to have to order right away because sometimes we don't know when... More

Bar manager brought over wine glasses while putting her hands on the rim of the glasses. Waiter was inattentive and inefficient. He forgot to bring bread. He forgot to bring an extra fork. He forgot to bring an extra dish. After a *very* long wait, the food for our party of ten was brought in three waves which extended over... More
