We LOVE this place

I have been going to Cho Cho San for many years. I used to live in Doylestown, and would go regularly with family and friends. Best sushi in the area. I now live in Chester County, but it remains my sushi place of choice. I now travel well over 45 minutes to get there. The food is always good... read more

We used to come here with large groups of friends and family. This restaurant was a central place for all those driving in. We never had a bad meal here. My huby is especially fond of their raw oysters on the half-shell. My brother in law always orders their spicy tuna roll. I'm not sure if they still do, but... More

Had lunch here for the first time and I have mixed feelings about Cho Cho San. The restaurant was empty and we were greeted with a very lackluster "take out?" from the hostess/waitress. The waitress was adequate, but cold and unwelcoming. My son's entree came first, then his appetizer, then my lunch. But, I have to say that the food... More

Went for dinner. The place is not too big, typical size for strip mall. The food was prepared very fast, I would even say "rushed", although there were not too many people in the restaurant. It is not a complaint but just an observation, we actually appreciated it because we wanted to be done asap. The food is very good... More

First time to Cho Cho San. Had always heard great things but now got to experience it for myself. We ordered a larger variety of rolls. Some familiar and some new and exciting. Everything was very well prepared and rated fresh. A plus for groups where one or two people don't like raw fish is the large selection of cooked... More

This is the very first place I was introduced to Sushi by a dear friend of mine about 15 yrs ago. The first bite of my "candy roll", dipped into soy with wasabi created a sensation in me I cannot fully describe in this review. Absolutely incredible! I adore the chefs and their delicious freshly prepared food. They even brew... More

I absolutely love Cho Cho Sans. I've been going there for years. The sushi is a high grade and is always fresh. The service is good, they are there when you need them but that isn't the reason why I go. Every roll is different from any other sushi place I've visited, and the fried ice cream is always good.... We had a nice group dinner at Cho Cho San Sushi Bar. This is a BYOB. All of the sushi was excellent. They had a spicy tuna sandwich that was unbelievable. I have never seen this on any sushi restarauant menu. The service was excellent for our party of 13. Plenty of parking.

The sushi has so much rice, it's often difficult to taste the flavors of the fish. The waitstaff is not helpful, and they can be very slow to take orders or bring food. It is 'okay' for their all-you-can-eat sushi one night a week, but it's too easy to get filled up on the rice, and they discourage you from... More
