We recently visited Melt Down for the first time. The service was friendly. The menu was simple and not a huge amount of choices but the choices that they had we tried we very good. Grilled Mac and cheese grilled cheese and the Baja Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Besides offering sandwiches, they also have salads and soups.

Good food, nice portions, minimal atmosphere. Herb Tomato soup was very good and nice portion. Wife had Baja without chicken and I had Bacon, cheese, tomato. Both were good and on the large size. Came with chips and a good Jewish pickle. (guess that's not politically correct) Will come again. Not worth trying to duplicate at home when they are... More

Food was ok, prices are high. Nice digs, will try again in the future. The people who work here seem nice, but when I was there they seemed overwhelmed and under staffed.

Most sandwiches are $8 or $9 so when you add a drink you are looking at an $11 or $12 lunch, which is not cheap. I work very close by but have only been here once because it is pricey and Grilled Cheese isn't really substantial enough to warrant the pricetag. Nice novelty place but certainly not a staple and... A little pricey, but it was the best grilled cheese ever! Lots of combo, great bread and dipping sauces. The soda is terrific and made by a local company. Great food and nice change of pace.

I had the one with Crab....oh my, heaven in my mouth. My wife's Baja with chicken was good with a mexican flair. I recommend the huckleberry soda. The place is bare bones, but clean. Was busy at lunchtime....all that you can expect/hope for from a fast food lunch. Except the food over-exceeds expectations. Truth be told, I was at their... More

9 bucks for a Grilled cheese plus Drink...not cheap. Let's ignore cost. It was a great grilled cheese... The bread was great. The cheese good. The variety was not huge but big enough. The place is small and again very plastic atmosphere but clean and acceptable. They really could add in a drink or something to make the value more... More

This is a great place if you like grilled cheese sandwhiches, and if you don't there are also soup and salad on the menu. I recommend the Baja Chicken grilled cheese sandwhich. I am looking forward to more locations opening up!

We just ate at Melt Down in North Wales, and the sandwiches were yummy! About 10 varieties of sandwiches, or more depending if you want something on or off your sandwhich, if you want a speciality herb butter or dipping sauce. They have great sodas also, from a local place in New Hope, with different flavors like watermelon cream, orange... More
