Always get a pie on Sunday for the game, they are a great Italian food store with cold cuts, hot food, rotisserie chicken

Lucky for me I live close, as I come here quite often. Their tomato pie is loved by all so much so that when people leave the neighborhood, they have to come back to get it. In my case, my relatives always want me to bring one, for any holiday! They bake their own rolls, which come in every size... More

This is a great bakery and Italian deli. They serve pizza, breads, cakes, doughnuts as well as Italian meats and cheeses, etc.. But the highlight is their tomato pie. It's a regional thing but if found out by the rest of the world, it would go international. It is delicious and addictive. I bring one to every party I go... More

I have been going there for years for the fresh bread and the various forms of tomato pie. They have awesome Italian cookies and all types of Italian specialties at the holidays and throughout the year the shelves are stocked with authentic and imported Italian pantry items like specialty pastas and gravy and homemade mozzarella-- seriously, just go and have... Went on a Sunday for the first time based on the reviews here. Got an Italian hoagie, redskin potato salad and marinated mozz.balls. Lots of locals, a substantial waiting line with as many as six folks working behind the deli counter. Lots of deli orders and folks getting delicious looking bread at very reasonable prices. This place alone can be... More

I was in the mood for Turkey Sandwich, first time here. Order Lunch Meat, Roll, Cheese and made my self. Very Fresh, Sandwich Delicious. Recently had party at work, Used Corropolese for the Hoagies. Did not enjoy. Roll, to soft for Hoagie, Little bit of meat, to much shredded lettuce.

These folks have been around since I was a kid and people come from all around to get the tomato pie. If you go for the pie (and I hope you order it a day beforehand) try their sandwiches too, They make a great hoagie (and yes if you ask for a Zep, they know what you are talking about).

I grew up in this area and while I don't get back there a lot, when i do, I make it a point to stop here and load up on tomato pie, strombolis, and the fresh baked rolls. Their tomato pie is a staple at any party that I attended when I was younger. There is none better.

If you find yourself at a graduation party or any other party this summer and the tomato pie isn't from Corropolese, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! Corropolese is a Norristown institution as they say. Their pies are staple at every party we host and every party we go to. Just take one bite and you'll understand why this place has lines out the... More
