Delllllicious!

My girlfriend and I went to Pat's for brunch before a long hike. Although we had to wait a little while, the food was well worth it. We each got a different omelet, and they were both among the best we've ever had. Service was super friendly. Our waitress kept our waters and coffees full the... read more

The food here is so home cooked that you would swear mom and grandmom were in the kitchen cooking just for you. Everything about this place says home. The decor, the china, the staff and the food. After breakfast, I so want to just curl up on the couch because I feel so content. But will say - if claustrophobic... More

I had an appointment in the area and was early. I drive around looking fir a place to eat and found Pat's. It was charming. Parking was available on the street. I ate outside on the patio. Breakfast was good. Service was pleasant.

We were charmed by the cozy ambiance and enjoyed the Turkey Special sandwich with coleslaw and swiss on rye. We got there close to 2pm and, after the server whisked away the condiments tray mid-meal, we guessed the place closed at 2 and the staff was rushing us out.

Pat's Colonial Kitchen is a wonderful cafe located in one of the historic buildings in Newtown. Known to locals as a great brunch spot, you may miss it unless you are looking. But don't pass it up, especially in the Fall, when they feature their delicious pumpkin pancakes, the best around. Be forewarned, you may have to wait, and there... More

It's small and you might pass it. Cozy and pleasant just what you would hope for in small town America. I come here for breakfast. I drink lots of coffee and I always select an omelette. Though I see a lot to choose from and my friends always enjoy their choices. So maybe next time I will be daring and... More

We stayed along this little old main street in Newtown PA. It's tucked out of the way and very quiet. We loved getting up in the morning and strolling down the street to Pat's for breakfast. It was very inviting and the food was good. I particularly liked the atmosphere - the décor, the service, even the other clientele -... More

This little place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it was lunchtime and we were outside, so we stepped in to have a look. Nice and cosy and a few free tables, so we sat down and checked the menu. Pretty extensive for a small cafe. We ordered the pancake special with almonds & strawberries (yummy) and a... More

On a Sunday drive we happened upon Newtown, Pa. and found Pat's Colonial Kitchen. Small; quaint; and the food was great Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on toasted rye bread, melted cheese, sautéed onions, and an apple butter spread, hardly detectable, on the bread. Absolutely delicious. Service was just fine. Met the owner Pat who is a gracious hostess, no... More
