Friendly warm service, great food on a cold day

It was chilly, sat in the main dining room with great view of the display kitchen. Rustic decor is very welcoming. Service was very good yet not overbearing. had the chicken milanese, pasta with broccoli and a pasta with more of a mushroom marsala sauce. had a nice side of broccoli rage. The... read more

This restaurant was great from service to wine list to food. Prosciutto in the appetizer was very good quality. We ordered two of the specials, a huge veal chop and I ate a seafood pescatore dish that was amazing. The inside of the restaurant was very rustic looking and I believe the brick walls are original. Great place will definitely... More

My wife and I went to dinner their last night and enjoyed their wine , food and great service. Josh our waiter was very attentive to all our needs. The selection of wine by the glass or by the bottle was great. We both had appetizers - soup and eggplant rollatini which was outstanding with the main course of a... More

Great Italian food but better than the food is the people that come here. You never know what you'll see. Huge outdoor area with a bar and live music on the weekends when the weather is good. Ladies' night on Thursdays can be quite an experience especially in Spring and Summer months. Check it out at least once. My favorite... More

I like going here because of the informal atmosphere. The food is good and the service isn't bad either. It can get noisy when the place is full, but that just adds to the ambience.

Great food, friendly atmosphere (a bit loud), excellent service! Two of us just had melt in your mouth pasta (sacchetti) and veal franchese. The servings are substantial. The appetizers looked awesome but we saved room for dessert. Dinner was served very fast, but we were not rushed out! Our server knows the restaurant very well and made sure to have... More

First time I've ever been to this restaurant was for a work Christmas party. We ordered almost every appetizer on the menu and they all were incredible. My favorite was the Mozzarella en Corrazza and the Calamari fritti, on top of the bread and oil they give you as you sit down. Not only is the food incredible quality and... More

We've been to La Stalla twice in two months...once for my husband's birthday and returned last week with friends who love good dining. In both cases, we found that the restauranteurs were friendly and agreeable, we were not rushed (sat for almost 3 hours), the decor is home-like Italian grotto, and the food is very good. I tried a pasta... More

Had a mixed result for New Year's Eve dinner with friends. Luke warm bacon wrapped "scallops" as an appetizer, but the salads were good. Dinner was mixed as well. The Chilean Sea Bass and the Sachetta were excellent while the stuffed chicken was dry and stuffed with something unidentifiable and tasteless. The worst was the slightly warmed Imperial Grilled Shrimp... More
