Nice roadside diner and ice cream place. Platters, burgers, and steak sandwiches. Fries. Buffalo burgers. Good soups. Hard and soft ice cream of various flavors and toppings. Nice park-like outdoor and informal indoor seating. Friendly service.

We went for dinner, and that was OK... I think sandwiches are probably what they would be best at. I would probably not order what I had again - but I would definitely try a sandwich... What I really liked was Ice Cream between 2 freshly prepared waffles. I only wish I would have tried the Banana Ice Cream that... More

Found this place after a day at the Wolf Sanctuary. Though I was thinking it was more of a pretzel place (it's not), we ended up giving it a shot for lunch. The portions are quite generous and there is so much to pick from! Be sure to try the asparagus fries!! And save room for ice cream. The inside... More

We found this place about a year ago and have since visited it many times. Its appearance, both outside and inside, remind my wife and I of burger joints we used to visit back in the sixties; ah, the memories! In any event, their menu is quite extensive and everything we have eaten has always been delicious; in particular, they... More

Our family ate here this evening. Everyone's meal was excellent! Crabcakes, chicken croquetts, and cream of broccoli soup in bread bowl. Fresh and homemade. Save room for icecream.

Always excellent food. Love the crispy chicken salad! Coke decor throughout. Some seating outside in warm weather. Never disappointed. Chicken cheese steak is good as well.

Was looking for something different for supper for family of six. Quaint atmosphere that gave me the impression of a place that would've been popular in the 60's & 70's - not that it's outdated, just kind of took me back. Food was good quality and reasonable prices. We got much more quality and experience for about 25-35% above Micky... More

If you love the outdoors on a sunny day, then you will be very pleased with the atmosphere that this little place holds. Sit in the sun or go to the grove to be shaded by the woods. Birds chirping, chickens crowing, and every so often you hear the turkey & the peacocks talking.
