Found this small restaurant by accident while patronizing other shops in Logan Square. It's definitely located in a quiet space. Parking in a side lot is convenient. There are indoor tables and about 4 tables outdoors with umbrellas to shade from the sun. We stopped in for breakfast / lunch. Both menus are available all day. My husband had a... More

Tucked away behind a shopping center in Logan Square, New Hope, is a charming bistro serving breakfast and lunch during the week, and dinner on the weekends. It is not visible, so we found it through word of mouth. We had a lovely breakfast one day and tonight we tried dinner. We sat outside on this beautiful June evening and... More

This petite cafe is some 4000 miles from Paris, but once you've parked on a macadam lot behind the small rural shopping center in New Hope PA and enter the rustic Duck Soup Cafe - well, one MIGHT mistakenly think he was having a relaxing bite in the Ile Saint-Louie! (Sans the wine, of course - they have no liquor... More

Ordered soup to go one day and thought it was very good. Hit it for breakfast with two friends on the weekend. What a disappointment. Pancakes were so thin, sausage pattie was burnt, eggs not done well and bread stale. And for this we waited over a half an hour. The bill was close to $40.00 for three people. The... More

We hesitate to comment on a restaurant with only nine indoor tables that is pretty much a clubhouse for locals, but to be fair to Carla and Leno, we feel compelled to do so. Forget about farm-to-table, this is food so fresh and home-cooked it's as close as you can get to the farm and still have clean boots. Other... More

Creative blackboard specials. Everything home made. Close your eyes and you're in a French Bistro. Soups and bread are outstanding

Small shop, well hidden with a touch of French Decor and I'm not sure why. I hope you can find the mini Eiffel Tower. I'm not sure why it's French but who cares. It was a nice place with friendly owners. The food was very good, served quickly and the coffee was good too. It was reasonably priced also. Bring... More

This small restaurant is located in a shopping/business complex that is so dark and convoluted I'm surprised that anyone ever finds it. The bright and cheerful interior isn't quite enough to compensate for average food in an odd place.

New Hope is a small Pennsylvania town perched on the shores of the Delaware River that many visit for its "arty" charm and its fun shopping. It is also near other historical places such as Washington's Crossing, Bowman's Tower and others. Want to take a break from shopping and touring or hungry for a nice lunch or breakfast? Just a... Great little cafe owned and operated by local couple. Carla is amazing in the kitchen. Try the french bread eggs bene for breakfast!
