We went to Peddlers Village to see the Halloween displays but wanted to eat first as the restaurants there are very expensive. I remembered the Eagle Diner so we stopped there. The place is clean and neat and the servers polite and efficient. We missed the lunch specials by 10 minutes as they stop at 4PM so we went for... More

Racist Treatment at the Eagle Diner: I was a resident of New Hope for many years before my wife and I moved recently. We have always enjoy the diverse cultural and spent many nights walking down from our home over to Main Street just experience everything the community had to offer! Which is why what happened this morning at the... More

I have eaten at the Eagle Diner perhaps one hundred times as I live within a few blocks from it. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and many dishes on the ample menu are first-rate. Recommendations: their home-made soups, the salad bar (including the delicious cream cheese bread), the homemade chicken pot pie (offered only on Wednesday), Spring mix... More

A traditional eastern diner with the chrome and tile motif, serving all the great diner grub. Service is very fast and friendly. Portions and large and prices reasonable. Located right off I-70.

If anyone was in the diner the day you were (as I was there) then they would know what a complete jerk you are. You decided to come into the diner with your family and get a burger that YOU ordered and then complain it is not the right "temperature" after you had are THE WHOLE THING. Oh and then... More

We have stopped here a few times, seems to meet everyones needs. This is a diner and should not be considered anything above that. That being said, the selection is great, the cold salad bar is varied and good as a starter, the soup tastes homemade. Classic breakfast Pa eats, chipped beef on toast, pork roll (okay NJ) and corned... More

We have eaten at the Eagle Diner multiple times. It is convenient for us and the hours open are obviously great. I would say that just about everything I have had there is okay, but nothing special. We have tried full meals, burgers, sandwiches, breakfast. I have not had anything bad, service has been reasonable, but not worth going out... More

We eat here every few weeks. It's ok if you know what to order. Usually the salad bar and soup are good. Burgers are safe. When I try something else it is usually not what I expected.

I read the reviews of the Eagle on this site but still couldn't talk my 7 friends out of having breakfast here. Where to begin.......first problem is that they apparently can only make one pot of coffee at a time. We all got half a cup. The waitstaff could be heard complaining about their jobs in the dining area. The... More
