Delightful French restaurant

Most dishes done very well. Service was not hurried. BYOB. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pretty presentation. The eight of us had our own room.

We had dinner, there, last night. Hubby & I had the heirloom tomato & goat cheese salad with balsamic vinegar & pesto. (It was an addition to the menu.) It was fabulous; bursting with flavors. For our entrees, I had the filet & hubby had the pork medallions with figs. Both were melt-in-your-mouth tender & delicious. For dessert, we shared... More

Just a few minutes drive from the Woolverton Inn, the Inn at Phillips Mill proved to be a wonderful, BYOB rustic French restaurant..friendly service, great dishes prepared with local, fresh ingredients, all inn a most romantic ambience

This is our special place for celebrations but others go on a regular basis. It has all you want. Atmosphere, great food, consistently great lamb shops, AN ANTIQUE SHOP in the back!, and it's BYOB. We've been going here for 14 years and have never ever been disappointed. The prices are appropriate for what you get.

We try to visit at least once a month. Every meal we have has been excellent. (In fairness, I usually order the same things!) The inn at Phillips Mill is a country French inn just north of New Hope. It's open seven days a week (except their winter break) and it only serves dinner. As usual, I had the house... More

My husband and I ate at the restaurant in celebration of our 6th anniversary. We were disappointed. Let me start with the pros. The inn was beautiful, both in the inside and out. The inn is a beautiful old stone building. The inside looked romantic, with candlelit tables. We sat in the courtyard, which was lovely. We definitely appreciated the... More

Decided to go here for our anniversary dinner, and it was a bit of a let down. I had read plenty of reviews about the place, knew it was a French restaurant, and figured it would be delicious. The food was pretty good, but the atmosphere was just bad! We got the lamb and fish entrées, which again were not... More

Lamb was recommended by our waiter and I must say it was delicious! Also crab cake is a must try but the escargot I thought could have used more seasoning but other than that we were a happy camper! We went on a weekday and was quiet just the way we liked it. We were able to take photos without... More

This is not just for special occasions!!! We were in the area for 4 nights and dine here for 2 of them. The food is delicious with excellent presentation and very reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxed and charming and the staff very well versed in the food preparation and menu selections. It is BYO and weekends will need a reservation.

First thing when you walk in, even on a chilly night, it feels warm and inviting. There are real flowers throughout the restaurant and real working fireplaces with nice subtle fires just warm enough to take off the chill. The table settings are very nice with also "real" working candles in hurricane vases. The glassware is sparkling clean. ( as... More
