What a Surprise!! Fabulous

was not sure I wanted to go Vegan. Boy was I wrong! Fabulous blend of spices and veggies. Not low calorie but worth every one! It is a BYOB too. The soups are wonderful. All dishes were thoughtfully prepared and well done. I had to know the spices!!

I'm a Vegan and my husband is a Pescatarian. We did an early Valentine's trip and stayed over in Lambertville and decided to give Sprig & Vine a try. The host at the door was very friendly and warm. The place is really cute and cozy. Our server was Mike and he was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the iced... More

Tonight was our first visit to the Sprig and Vine, and we were wowed by the quality of the food. We each ordered the soup, shared an appetizer, and had two different entries. Every dish was a home run, beautifully presented and perfectly spiced. The menu is rather short which is a good sign to me. There were only five... More

We stopped at Sprig and Vine for lunch to see what the restaurant was like. The food was excellent. The special soup of the day was a celery root soup which was excellent especially since it was served with truffle oil which really gave the soup a unique flavor. The main courses were also very good especially the cauliflower Banh... More

I come here frequently. I've brought my boyfriend who is a pescetarian and my dad who eats just about anything. The food here is great!!! Even my dad thinks so! He loves coming here and he is far from being a vegan.

5 course dinner was excellent! Especially enjoyed the saffron leek arancini! The vegan dinner was well presented and service outstanding! The cauliflower sweet potatoe bisque very good. The pumpkin spice cheesecake out of this world and vegan too! Tried the coconut nog/ very tasty and rich. Excellent choice for us for NYE dinner (BYOB) Highly recommend

My vegetarian daughter was visiting from Houston for Christmas and we (wife and I) took her and our other daughter (a meat eater like her parents) here for dinner on a late December Saturday night. My wife and I have eaten here before with our kids - both of whom are adults, by the way - and so we were... More

I have been to many vegan/vegetarian restaurants and this is by far one of the best. Very creative use of ingredients, everything very tasty and flavorful. I also like that they don't use any "fake" meats-- no seiten, TVP, no "chic'n" etc. Just good ingredients well prepared. We don't live very close, so we stayed overnight in nearby Flemington and... We walked from our B & B for our 5:30 reservation because we had a concert at 8PM. The two of us brought a bottle of pinot noir and sat back and sampled 6 different menu items- that's the beauty of small plates! Started with the creamy mushroom soup topped with frizzled leeks- husband almost licked the bowl. We ordered... More

My wife and I were in New Hope for a relaxing weekend away from the barbarians...I mean wonderful children. We are vegetarians, and looked up places to eat before we left for the trip. Sprig and Vine was selected as our Saturday Night spot. Holy cow the food was great. The blackened tofu was the best I ever had. And... More
