Love going in to this restaurant because the environment is vibrant and interesting, decent customer service, well-staffed, and sufficient menu choices which change daily. You can tell that they strive for quality here.

A friend suggested meeting here for lunch and what a treat! It's in an historic 18th-century building and retained a great deal of that character. It's small and full of history -- not to mention some awesome food and desserts. I got the orchard salad with turkey while my spouse got the Trimmer's Tribute. Both were fabulous. The turkey was... Ate there twice last month. Once for lunch, once for dinner. Same menu. The sandwiches are very good - not great. So, so potato chips served with each sandwich. Consenses is that the grilled chicken salad is preferred by the ladies in our group. Our routine is now to have a 1/2 sandwich or soup and a sunday for dessert.

nestled in the middle of Amish country Lancaster County PA in New Holland is the most awesome cute little restaurant that reminds you of ice cream shops of old. Besides the perfect ambience, the service and food and ice cream is top-notch! Treat yourself by stopping by and reminisce of a simpler time in our American history. Speaking of history... More

We happened upon Lickety Split at lunch time one day two years ago, and have had lunch there 4-5 times since then. The sandwiches are very creatively prepared, generous in portions and tasty. At our recent visit, my wife loved their turkey reuben and I had their potato pancake appetizer. Their strawberry lemonade (free refills) is loaded with strawberries and... More

I've never had their food but the ice cream is amazing. The atmosphere reminds me of ice cream shops we used to go to when I was growing up. I'll definitely be returning for more ice cream through out the summer.

Took my nephews for a light dinner and then dessert. Sandwiches were good - just enough to not fill up before ice cream. The sundaes were great! You can pick from a menu or create your own. The inside of the building is eclectic and fun to look around. The highest compliment - one nephew wanted to go back again... More
