A nice place for a good breakfast or diner style food. Noisy because it is busy. Busy because it is good. One of the few places open on Sunday.

Breakfast is usually good, two of the waitresses are pretty unfriendly and not very good at what they do. Lunch and dinner not as good, but it's a dinner so I don't expect it to be great... Prices are good. Can be a wait for your food if it's busy.

We've been there twice. Figured the first time was maybe an off day. Food is bland and small (especially compared to other diners) portions. Not worth it. Still hungry, so ordered dessert - that was stale. Potatoes were gluey, turkey was like rubber. Waited for refills of drinks to wash it down. Waitress should have retired as she was hacking... More

This place the soul food of the north that is Pennsylvania Dutch. Slow-cooked, all made in-house. You are eating the same meals that the local farm families would be having. Don't expect arugula or quinua ( yet they do have cappuccino ?!) Go there to eat some real farmer food!

we went way out of our way to stop here on the way home from harrisburg, and it seems to have lost its luster... still fairly busy, even at 7 on a sunday, but the kum-on-in spirit seems to have subsided... food was adequate... a very nice idaho trout for around $8... but the turkey was plain on the rubbery... I don't know what has happened to this place, but even by diner standards, this is not acceptable. Food is not good, service is indifferent, and what is going up with those money boxes instead of using the cash register. We will not be back. Heard it is for sale...so maybe no one cares anymore.

A neat local diner well known by the locals for its good home cooking. Very good sandwiches, lots of specials, excellent desserts. One they are well known for is strawberry pie! Very clean and nicely maintained. A note to any one with a handicap there r steps at the front door!!!

My husband and I stopped there after a fishing trip with our grandchildren. Our waitress was not very pleasant. I asked for a refill on my iced tea and never received it until she brought our check. I ordered take out for my granddaughter who was sleeping and I should have checked it first, because they gave me the wrong... More

My fiancé and I went to kumm esse for breakfast and as we were seated rather quickly, it took awhile for our server to notice that we were there. Once she finally did we ordered our drinks and food. My fiancé had gotten coffee and once he was done with that cup she never come over to ask if he... More
