Great history

The food was ok. We ordered steaks from the pub menu in the bar. The beer samples were defiantly worth it. Such interesting flavors. The service was good as well. The steps and floor are dangerous - especially in heels. Be careful - I was too worried about twisting an ankle to really take in the... read more

I went to this restaurant for my wife's birthday with a friend. We went in and asked for a table at the fine dining side. The girl looked at us and asked if we had seen the prices of the menu. To which I answered yes. She said ok wait here for the host he is doing a tour. the host... More

This was one of the worst facilities I have ever been to. The place is in need of a health inspection Asap. The food was foul and that is me being extremely generous. My steak was overly cooked, then when brought to their attention, they brought me out a raw one that made me lose my appetite. The vegetables were... More

Very unique with excellent food, wear your walking shoes. The staircase is steep and uneven but well worth going down to have a great dinner in the catacombs

I personally been there before but stopped with friends who never been to Bube's last Saturday. Arrived with party of 8 and needed to be seated in bar area because of handicapped person. Hostess stated it would be around 20 minutes before we could be seated which was fine with us. After an hour and 10 minutes we had to... More

We heard about this place a month ago and thought we'd try it. We have been to many brew pubs from New England to Arizona. This was the worst as far as beer and food. We started with a flight. Nothing really made us raise an eyebrow and say, "That's good!" I wound up getting a beer from another brewery,... More

We went to the Medieval Feast with friends last weekend, and really enjoyed it. There are three long tables set up in the catacombs for the feasts. One table is in a side room, and the other two are in the main room. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star review is that we were placed in... More

Was our visit to Bubes Catacombs. The tour was interesting about the history. It really is a interesting place to dine by candlelight. The meal itself was fine, nothing really over the top. We did have a good server who was very pleasant. I would like to attend one of their mystery dinners in the future. By the way, the... More

Came to see the catacombs but did not commit to dinner - the place is dirty - the staff was rude - one undrinkable beer at the bar and we left. It is a cool setting, but I would not stay there to eat. Go, look, leave.

I have been to Bubes for their feasts, eaten in the Bottling Works and out on the patio, I have enjoyed all my visits there!! They have the largest wings around and the San Antonio are kickin! The feasts are an experience to enjoy with friends as the staff serves and entertains you in the theme of the night. And... More
