We are a full service restaurant, bakery and deli and have been established since 1983! We set ourselves apart mostly because our food is made from scratch. Our most popular item is our turkey picked straight from the whole cooked bird, fresh from farm to our kitchen, to your plate and our potatoes come from keeners farm...Not a box! Try country table and see for yourself!

Red Velvet Cake

Stop what you are doing and go eat the red velvet cake from here. It is so moist and the icing is just perfect. The 4 stars is for the cake - other food is about average typical Lancaster county fare. But the cake - try the cake!!

We were so disappointed today. I'm shocked how much this restaurant has gone down hill. Years ago it was one of the best places to eat. Years ago we dined there weekly. Never going back again, sticking with Gus's where you get good food at a reasonable price and you're never disappointed. We were there for breakfast - we received... More

I am so sorry to hear of this experience! Although we were very busy Sunday, I am disappointed that you received poor service and that your food was not done properly. I can assure you this is not the normal and I will share this with our staff in an effort to improve. More

I titled this review because some places, like this, seem to think we enjoy tasteless, microwave, food. We both had the turkey dinner. Mashed potatoes were a little on the runny side, shredded Turkey had, of course, been frozen, canned green beans were microwaved (due to the fact, part of the small bowl was HOT and the other part was... I grew up in Lancaster county, but I haven't lived here for 17 years. Country Table is always a place that I can order chicken croquettes or chicken pot pie and it's guaranteed to *almost* taste like what my grandmother cooks. The portions are plentiful and you'll always leave with a full belly.

Typical type small restaurant for a semi rural area. The people are nice enough and while the food is not extraordinary it fills you up. At times their soups are really quite good and remind me of what my mom or grandmother used to make. Never-the-less, I will return.

I've eaten here since 1984, only a few times in the last few since I moved. The food is great and the staff very polite. The baked goods are made on site and you can visit their bakery to take items home with you!

The absolutely best glazed cream filled donuts I have ever had!! The Country Table Restaurant is a great place for a meal. It's not a fancy place but the food is good. Like home cooking. They can't be beat for breakfast. Attached to the restaurant is the bakery area. Most everything I have tried from the bakery has been very... More

We came here for breakfast and I have to say it really went downhill from where it used to be. The stick buns are still excellent but the baked oatmeal is no where as good as it used to be - very dried out with no fruit in it. The rest of the food was also just mediocre but we'll... More

While staying in Mount Joy Pa for the weekend, we had dinner at the Country Table. Great food and very reasonable.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing but we were not turned away. We were treated to friendly service and good food.
