My wife and I took an elderly cousin out for lunch and she suggested the Coffee Station. We are very happy that she did...We started off with their onion petals, which were cooked perfectly - the breading was crispy and no oil spilled out of the petals. They are known for their philly cheesesteaks... and they should be! All three... More

I go to the coffee station often, even though I've had constant trouble with service. I'm a restaurant manager myself, and waited tables for over ten years. I enjoy the food and 1 or 2 of the servers. For the most part i get my order taken, food dropped off, and the check. Besides the few good servers that care,... More

Good diner a block from the Morton train station. Staff was friendly, food good, reasonably priced. They accept coffee mug donations, so look to see what your drink is served in. The only complaint is that the menu is hard to read -- too many cutesy phrases cluttering it up. Note that Sundays are all-day breakfast only.

Don't waste your time or your money. Staff were rude. Had to beg a few times for coffee. Price of the food was a little high for a breakfast place. Go to Springfield diner up the road. Better service and food

We have been a patron of this restaurant for many years. The breakfast is consistently good, value is good, and the ambiance is great for families. The only thing I consistently fault is the service. Unlike the other reviewers, our experience with service is not great. Often the service is slow and without attention to detail. Many of the servers... More

We've been to the Coffee Station a number of times and love the food. Their pretzel rolls are amazing and my kids love the pancakes. Their service is usually good but sometimes we do get someone that isn't quite attentive. However, the hosts/hostesses usually make up for that when they come by with coffee refrills and ask how things are... More

We often go to this place that is local to us for a quick breakfast on the weekends. The food is pretty good compared to others in the immediate area (although there aren't too many other breakfast places around!). The prices are not bad at all and the portion sizes are good. It's a good diner breakfast if that's what... More

The Coffee Station is a local stop for me when I'm in the mood for a great diner experience. Breakfast or lunch, the food comes quick and hot. I enjoy the omelets for breakfast and the club sandwiches at lunch. The french fries are very good, too. Prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of food. If you're... More

The food here is very average--not bad, but nothing special. Prices are moderate. The restaurant itself is a bit bigger, now that it has moved into the former PNC Bank. I'd recommend going to Media's Koffee Korner for breakfast, which uses fresh, organic, local ingredients instead of processed cheese, etc.
