Out riding in the area with friends, first time stopping in this place. I counted about three tables with people in them and we waited at the door to be seated close to 5 minutes. After being seated it took quite a while for someone to ask us what we wanted. After we ordered we could of taken a nap,... More

Enjoy stopping here for breakfast. Their omelets are excellent. Lunch specials are reasonably priced and quite good.

I do not really care for the food there, it is bland at best. The service could do much better. I do like the ice cream booth outside.

I normally judge our breakfasts by the quality of the home fries. I truly enjoyed them as they were cooked fresh. My wife was impressed with the creamed chipped beef over home fries. I was also amazed by the size of the children's portions. I ate here as a child and wanted to bring back memories. I would definitely stop... More

Quick friendly service. Definitely a "local" place. Much to choose from on the menu.I had the oatmeal and rye toast. A larger bowl than I expected and to be honest, I had trouble finishing it.

The Windmill serves good quality food at affordable prices. They always have specials that will fit into any budget. Love their homestyle Pa. Dutch cooking! Also, don't forget about their delicious ice cream! This place is a locals favorite.

It's okay. Pleasant enough atmosphere. Food was fine. Authentic for the area. Nice service from polite and courteous staff.

Was there for breakfast and later lunch. Both meals were just very average. Service was adequate. If you are hungery stop by, otherwise, I would keep driving.

I have been to the restaurant a few times and have been disappointed every time. I have lived in the area for over ten years and my visits have been spread out over this time period. The last time I was at the restaurant was for businesses and the waitresses took along time to even come over to ask if... More

I've passed through the area a handful of times and stop at the Windmill every chance I have, and I have to say, I have never been disappointed. The backroom is adorably decorated with interesting and conversational pieces and the service is really homey. The soup is always home made and delicious and I've never had a bad meal here.... More
